Description: scp-4751 also goes by the name walking scarecrow or the hay man. the scp can only move and at times through 11:00 pm and 7:00 am no greater or less. the scp wears a ripped up straw hat and a red and yellow flannel shirt long sleeve shirt with grease stains with dark blue jeans with holes in them along with black shoes with pointed tips. the scp is very hostile to people he kill's them by swallowing the head whole
