Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4621-1 is currently to be set as private property, with all land within 250 square miles being clear of human development. SCP-4621-4 is currently to be guarded with whatever is needed by the Church of the Forgotten.

SCP-4621-1

Description: SCP-4621-1 is a dimensional portal that leads to the dimension of the forgotten, currently, SCP-4621-1 has it's own government, military, and religion, named the Church of the Forgotten. Due to the many forms of SCP-4621, each version of SCP-4621 has it's own description. SCP-4621-1 has been confirmed to cause mutations internally and externally when in SCP-4621-1 for long periods of time, although none of these mutations appear to be lethal. There appears to also be an instance of SCP-4621-1 on Mars, although that it not currently containable at the moment, but it currently manned by SCP-4621-3.

SCP-4621-2

Description: SCP-4621-2 are the inhabitants of SCP-4621-1, who are completely devoted to containing SCP-4621-4 and SCP-4621-5 from escaping SCP-4621-1. SCP-4621-2 have been exposed to SCP-4621-1 most of their lives, and have mutations ranging from disproportioned limbs to [REDACTED]. SCP-4621-2's typical mutations appear to give it extreme strength and durability, taking multiple gunshots to kill when not in armour. Currently, there are no reports of SCP-4621-2 above the ground

SCP-4621-3

Description: SCP-4621-3 is known as the Church of the Forgotten inside SCP-4621-1, SCP-4621-3 has encouraged the mutations of SCP-4621-1, quoting it to be the reason we are still able to save humanity. SCP-4621-3 has no defined god, instead worshiping SCP-4621-1 itself. Diplomatic contact with SCP-4621-3 has been made, and they are more than happy to request foundation personnel when needed.

SCP-4621-4

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4621-4 is to be guarded by at least 5 level 4 Security Guards at any moment, although this number may change with the request of SCP-4621-3.

Description: SCP-4621-4 is a massive temple near the end of SCP-4621-1, and is the least populated area of SCP-4621-1. SCP-4621-4 appears to be a self sentient entity with the only goal of spreading SCP-4621-1 throughout the galaxy, turning everything into SCP-4621-5. SCP-4621-4 has the ability to possess people, and instantly mutate them into SCP-4621-5.

SCP-4621-5

Description: SCP-4621-5 are similar in height to SCP-4621-2, but appear to have been completely corrupted by SCP-4621-4, and only appear to serve the interests of SCP-4621-4. The transformations can be told with simple steps, and any personnel showing the symptoms are to be killed immediately.

• Stage One: The man becoming SCP-4621-5 will begin to show signs of agitation for no reasons, and will be more aggressive than usual. Any personnel showing these symptoms are to be screened and supervised in quarantine.
• Stage Two: SCP-4621-5 will attack any near non SCP-4621-5 and head for SCP-4621-4, any personnel attacking other personnel with a history of SCP-4621-4 guarding are to be shot.
• Stage Three: In the event that a instance of SCP-4621-5 makes it to SCP-4621-4, it will begin to immediately mutate, being immune to all damage that comes to it, and warping it's internal skeleton. SCP-4621-5 usually have extremely large muscles or wings with claws, and have intelligence similar to that of an ape, able to use basic tools. While most SCP-4621-5 can be killed with a few well placed bullets, some SCP-4621-5 have been able to warp into mythological monsters, other SCPS it has encountered, or even [REDACTED].
