Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4675 is to be kept in a metal 7 m x 7 m chamber with its tires strictly mounted to the floor. No facility guards are to be needed to keep SCP-4675 contained during dormant hours. A security camera is mounted in the chamber to ensure SCP-4675 does not breach containment. Any class personnel are allowed to go into the chamber from 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. accompanied by a guard. After 9:00 P.M. the chamber is to be locked and 2 facility guards are to be stationed there to keep alert of any breaches.
Description: SCP-4675-1 is a 4-door 1968 light blue Chevrolet Impala with rusty spots and peeling paint. SCP-4675-1 while dormant will stay in one place and not move. However, when it is active it will stay at the side of an empty road and wait for a car to pass by.
After it passes by, a driver (SCP-4675-2) will appear in the car. SCP-4675-2 is a 30-40 year old man dressed in an old fashioned brown coat and brown pants. Reports have him wearing a brown fedora with the described outfit. Tests show that SCP-4675-2 just seems to be the victim's hallucination that drives SCP-4675-1.
The victim, after driving by SCP-4675-1, is now referred to as SCP-4675-3 until he/she dies or SCP-4675 becomes dormant. SCP-4675-1 will try to run SCP-4675-3 off the road and/or get in a bad car accident with them. SCP-4675-1 won't stop hitting SCP-4675-3 and their car until SCP-4675-3 is dead. No damage will appear on SCP-4675-1 during and after the killing of SCP-4675-3. If any blood splatters on SCP-4675-1 it will stay there until the SCP becomes dormant again. Once it becomes dormant, blood and any other stains or trash with seemingly disappear. It is still not known where the trash or blood goes, however.

Dr. Jenkins: Start from the beginning, please.
Damian: I was driving down the road with my girlfriend Amanda at (pause) about 5:30.
Dr. Jenkins: Continue.
Damian: Oh god. It's just, (sigh), fine. We were having a great time listening to music and shit when we passed an old car at the side of the road. Th-
Dr. Jenkins: What did the car look like?
Damian: It was a 4-door old Chevy Impala like the one my grandpa had.
Dr. Jenkins: Color?
Damian: Light Blue.
Dr. Jenkins (writes down) Okay, continue.
Damian: The car immediately turned on and drove full speed towards us. I didn't notice but Amanda told me that there was an old man dressed in some 1900s clothing with a fedora on.
Dr. Jenkins: Did he have any other clothes on?
Damian: I Dunno, I never saw him. Amanda told me he was wearing all brown.
Dr. Jenkins: Okay, you can continue.
Damian: Then, the car hit us from the back and made us drift off the road.
Dr. Jenkins: Alright, continue.
Damian: The car hit a tree and I passed out. Luckily the tree didn't hit me. It wasn't on my side, It was on Amanda's side. (A tear slowly makes its way down Damian's face)
