Object class: Keter

Special containment procedures: SCP-4779 must be contained in a standard 10x10 D-Class cell with three armed guards outside the cell. SCP-4779 is allowed a 120 minute wander around the Facility once per week with armed security ready to report absence immediately after disappearance

Description: SCP-4779 is an anomalous humanoid that is able to teleport around a 1-kilometer radius at will, or threatened. Object seems to be immune to memetic and cognitohazards of most kinds.
SCP-4779 is allowed to suggest items for procreational and recreational use. Below, is an interview log with more about his origin and the items allowed

SCP-4779: "I have no idea how these things happened, I'm just what you call an escapist, a Houdini."
Dr. M███████: "When did you first discover these traits"

SCP-4779: "I cheated death during a mugging, I teleported up an apartment building later and couldn't get off. The fire department asked how I got up there and I couldn't explain it to them, so i told them I climbed up there in fear."
Dr. M███████: "I see, how did the foundation come across you?"

SCP-4779: "I was picked up off the street and turned into a D class, stayed in the foundation for a while then. Worst time of my life."
Dr. M███████: "Can't you just leave now, if you even really wanted to?"

SCP-4779: "Your council made a decision to keep me here. I had a crummy life anyway, and I have to honor the agreement you guys set up. Even if that means a risk of another getting out and attacking me."
SCP-4779: "I believe it has to do with something like a wormhole. In one way, out the other, except that this doesn't seem to travel through time."

SCP-4779: "I believe that that will never happen, you guys made your decision."

Closing Statement: [SCP-4779 was taken back to his cell by 4 armed guards minutes later after the interview. Question to if he should be allowed to leave has been denied. He's a Keter, boys. We can't just let him leave until he's -EX]
