Special Containment Procedures:
Similar to SCP-507 It can free roam certain parts of the SCP Facility and be escorted by any agent or doctor anyone besides Dr.Bright just in case it tries something that the foundation condones of it. Although deemed safe, it still has potential to accidentally cause a chaotic chain reaction or warp other SCPs to another universe by accident or on purpose.
He also is allowed a proxy but isn't allowed to go beyond normal websites any website on google that isn't a porn site. He's also allowed his Technology from other universes as long as the foundation approves of it.
He also is only allowed to visit safe SCPs with an agent escort, no level higher except for SCP-507. period. He is to be monitored with a tracker and checked constantly to see if he still has said tracker.
Description:
SCP-4748 or Kobjax is a tan humanoid male with black hair and rough skin and a mustache lightly trimmed. He also has eyes that flash/change between a black and white swirl or multicolored swirl. Has tendency to change between hostile/maniacal and sterile/kind a possible side effect of certain universes he visits. Despite this he could never bring himself to kill anyone in the SCP-facility
His main anomalous properties, however, include his ability to warp to other Universes like SCP-507 however it has a few minor differences. It can warp into what it calls "man-made universes" on his own free will. He can also can control what part of the timeline he can warp into. He also has no affect in most universes as he tries to preserve the universe and leave it in it's natural state. Even if he did, it would only be because the laws of space time requires multiversal interference, which explains how he is a part of our universe.
Although controllable Kobjax can sometimes use his ability as a defensive reflex accidentally warping upon the first sign of a threat, and can also warp reality to as a defense mechanism working only for whoever he chooses a power he has dubbed logicolus. This enables him to bend the laws of physics to make logic lose meaning until reality becomes something of a cartoon or video game. This however has a 1.5 radius around him.
He was found getting tickled in SCP-999's cell by SCP-999. When questioned who he was and why he was there he proceeded to ask if the containment breach was over. After this he was taken in for questioning.

Closing Statement: [SCP-XXXX then plays "a game." Taking turns with Dr.███████ It started off easy, questioning the existence of certain SCPs and the date. He was given answers for some questions and blocked on others. He then confessed to how he knew about the foundation. Saying he will return on a later date in the middle of a breach and panic not knowing where he was. It is then where he formally addressed the Dr.███████ with his real name, and [REDACTED]. After this brief conversation he left, any encounters with SCP-XXXX was when they needed help the most.]
