Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-4849 is to be kept in a secure containment chamber measuring 4m x 4m x 4m at Site-██. The chamber is to be equipped with audio and video recording devices to monitor any activity or communication from SCP-4849. Access to SCP-4849 is restricted to Level 3 personnel and above, with any interaction or interviews requiring prior approval from the Site Director.

Personnel interacting with SCP-4849 must do so through a two-way communication system to minimize direct exposure. Any questions posed to SCP-4849 must be pre-approved by the head of the research team assigned to SCP-4849.

Description:

SCP-4849 is the head of a statue, composed of an unknown stone-like material. The head measures approximately 0.5 meters in height and 0.3 meters in width. Despite its detailed and realistic features, SCP-4849 does not resemble any known historical figure, ethnicity, or culture. The origin and age of SCP-4849 are currently unknown.

SCP-4849 is capable of speech and possesses an omniscient source of knowledge, allowing it to answer any question posed to it accurately and comprehensively. However, SCP-4849 displays a consistent apathy towards the SCP Foundation and any attempts to learn about its origins or nature. It provides information freely but rarely offers unsolicited details, especially regarding itself.

Despite its omniscience, SCP-4849 is peaceful and exhibits no means of physical attack or defense. It remains stationary and has shown no ability to move or exert force.
