Special Containment Procedures: Object is to be kept inside of a locked container in a 6ft tall, 31ft wide room. No more than 2 armed guards should be present at the chamber at a time. The chamber should be monitored 2 hours a day incase anybody enters the room.

Description: The object is a golden pockect watch connected to a necklace. Whenever it is put on the wearer will freeze and under go mutations such as, body size increasing, lumps forming on body parts and exploding, and the body turning into a slimy, hard material. Currently, when the wearer is fully transformed, they are no longer capable of speach and will attempt to kill anybody in sight. The known ways of terminating a wearer are with high-caliber bullets, explosives, snipers, and fire. Object is currently contained in Storage Site-23.
