Special Containment Procedures:SCP must be contained in a 1 mile by 1 mile by 1 mile box that is lit up and every single crack must be repaired as fast as possible or SCP may break out. When
power is out make sure the power is back online as soon as possible or SCP-4969 will break through the walls. The escape will happen 5 minutes after the power is gone so fix them up quick.
Make sure there is at least 10 mechanics at the generators, 20 fixers circling the building, 20 on the roof, and 20 circling around 0.5 miles up ground level. Plus in an area of 3mi by mi
must be lit too or SCP will escape through the shadows. For this lit area make sure the generators are working at all times or SCP will escape. Also all eyes should be at SCP or SCP will
teleport away. The way you know SCP is there is in the lit room, a little round shadow will be on the ground. If nothing is watching it will disappear to the nearest shadow.

Description: SCP-4969 is a monster observed came out of a book called "Dark Magic" at Magic Square where the famous Maxwell the Bender of the Shadows doing his last show. It has no body
but has two shadow hands observations. Very dangerous and has been seen taking people to portal which disappears has soon has the target has been pulled in. Doesn't weigh anything and seems
to have inf length. Lurks in the shadows waiting to grab its prey. Can also teleport between shadows making it very hard and sometimes near impossible to contain. Its speed can vary to 100
mph or 10 mph.

SCP-4969 has been observed taking items inside its cage. With large objects, or at least the size of a chair, the SCP's hands circle on top and then drop. At the same time a shadow cloaks
the object. After the hands and cloak disappear the object is no where to be found. With small objects it realises a shadow hand to grab it and slowly pull it in to the closest shadow. in
special moments it pulls in larger objects, mostly humans, in with just one hand.

SCP-4969 has been tested for weaknesses, None. The SCP has been burned, gased, shoot, and even cut but no effects. SCP-4969 has been observed to be passive in light. Only when the light
dimmers is when it starts pulling objects. Still this SCP does not show signs of pain when in the range of a light source. To prove my case test 3 code name [ Private ] and was taken place
at [ Private ] showed when the light was at full power ,as soon as the length of the arm was long enough, there was no sign of pain.

SCP-4969 has also been observed changing form into three states. When the moon is at first quarter SCP has been observed to change into a different form. This form, also code name [ Private },
has circulare mouth which has shadow teeth. Four legs that go up then go down to form a acute angle. And, from computer calulations that angle is always 45 degrees. Its eye is a circle that
seems to be see through. It springs spikes which go up then come down to a 45 degree acute angle everytime. Its body is all black but its shape is simple. This shape is just a black circle
put together with a smooth rectangle. This form is quite fast and dangerious has it front flips opening its mouth wide and if hit or miss continues the front flip but in mid air or a
circulare motion forward with it's body while in the air. This attack is quite fast too making escaping quite hard. When hit half of the human's body, which got hit, slices off like it was
cut with a sharp long blade. Highly dangerous up close but somewhat at far. At this form SCP-4969 is now able to take damage and is killable for 24 hours.

SCP-4969 next form is when it is a full moon and it takes the shape of a woman. Slik hair and a amazing dress this form is the deadliest of them all. In this form it can charm male staff
members to get close. If the staff member does some how bypass the gate, which is full of lights, lasers, and really anything that creates light, and gets close the SCP. The SCP will grab
the staff member with a shadow hand ,that has the flame movement, lift him up the sky, or about 10ft in the air, and create an shock wave coming from the staff member. Then drops it and a
portal appears to catch him to somewhere. When this happens the SCP breaks out, by beating a wall down with its new found power, and escapes for about two days when it is finally caught.

Finally SCP-XXXX last form is when the moon is at third quarter. This form looks like a ghost but black skin and white eyes. This form, which code name [ Private ], has been observed to be
laying on the floor, eyes closed, making shadow hands out of the ground usually around four. These hands have been seen phasing walls and wondering hallways doing nothing but exploring.
The only way to get this form out of the ground is by blasting a laser at it. It wakes up and starts floating around.

Between these forms SCP is just two shadow hands which is highly dangerous to get close. Since it is so dangerous getting close to this thing there has been barely any research done to
