Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-4986 is to be kept in a locked white room on a Zinc stand, only level 3 Personnel or up can enter. Personnel are to not have water near SCP-4986 OR eat SCP-4986. SCP-4986 is in a Zinc bowl,cleaning of SCP-4986 cell is only for hazmat cleaning as the powder is dangerous to the skin. No one is to touch SCP-4986 when it's exposed to water.

Description: SCP-4986 was moved to site-35 then to site 14 in 2012. SCP-4986 is Jell-O cherry but when exposed to water it's neon,when the powder is exposed water it turn into jelly.when in jelly form if consumed
