Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4999 is to be held in a 15mx15mx15m cell made completely out of human flesh, the cell is to have no cameras, windows, or any means of escape besides the gate, the cell is also to be prepared with sprinklers on the ceiling that spray out [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-4999 is to be given any alcohol or cigar if SCP-4999 requests it,

Description: SCP-4999, also called the Judicator, was formerly known as D-███████ before [DATA EXPUNGED], is a 6'4' cowboy that has no skin or organs besides bones. SCP-4999 is normally extremely social, talking freely with guards and researchers, and will often talk about his old memories from 18██ while playing cards, which he appears to have a proficiency at. All info he has given us has confirmed his real name to be [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-4999 is fond of all types of alcohol, and is known to smoke and drink in his cell. Despite having no organs, he appears to be able to eat, with all food and drink entering his body disappearing. SCP-4999 is armed with Colt .60 as his pistol, a 1866 Lever Action Repeating Rifle Brass, and a rope noose, and has used them to kill [REDACTED] personnel. SCP-4999's eyes also appear to have been replaced by two small flames that float in his eyes.

Once every week, SCP-4999 will challenge one random person to a drinking game, citing if they win, they can go free, and if they lose, he has the right to shoot them where they stand. If the challenged accepts, SCP-4999 will make a table appear, and SCP-4999 and the challenged will drink alcohol until either one falls down drunk. If SCP-4999 wins, he will proceed to shoot the personnel's head with his rifle, but if the challenger wins, SCP-4999 will fall down drunk, and allow the challenged to leave his cell. If the challenged refuses to play the drinking game, SCP-4999 will tell them they can either play his drinking game or fight in a draw. If the challenged accepts the drinking game, they will go back and drink, but if said challenged agrees to fight, SCP-4999 will give them a colt .60, and they will take 10 steps away from each others and fire.¹

If the event that a man of "wicked heart, mind, or body" looks straight into SCP-4999's eyes via any means, including, but not limited to: Video, Picture, and Art², SCP-4999 will disappear in a bright flame for 5 seconds, before choking the person with his noose. SCP-4999 will then loudly list the person's crimes, before sentencing them to death by the gallows. At this point SCP-4999 will either begin floating and hanging the person with his noose, or make a hangman's gallows appear, and hang the person using his noose on the gallows.

Addendum 4999-a: Due to the record keeping Dr. Lank, the amount of personnel wins and loses at poker against SCP-4999 has been recorded below.
