Individual: Kazimierz Wiśniewski
Description of Individual:Subject expresses lack of knowledge of grandparents, and currently lives in a rural house in Wieliczka, Poland as a carpenter.
SCP-5000 Instance:Polish Fox
Duration of Interaction:90 days
The subject receives the bundle from the instance while crafting a shed outside his home, and then solves the crossword puzzle, saying in a later interview that it was mainly due to boredom. Two days later, the instance arrives back. The subject is initially wary, interpreting the relaxed movement of the instance as a possible mode of attack. Several days later, the subject begins to be calmer when dealing with the fox, feeding it, and lets it go along when hunting.
The subject also notes that the instance reminded him of a child, citing docility, clumsiness and ineptness in hunting. He cites an incident where the instance was once wounded by a panicking deer. After nursing it, he then allotted the shed he was building to it, calling it the Jaskinia Lisa
He made photographs of the fox, particularly with the bundle. The photographs can be found in FR-01-Documentation.

Date: October 1, 2019-February 7,2020
Individual: Xian Lin
Description of Individual:Subject is currently an 86-year-old business owner in Daching, Northeast China, with her children living in urban areas ; said children have not contacted her for around eleven months.
SCP-5000 Instance:Red Panda
Duration of Interaction:130 days
Similar to other instances, the subject solves the puzzle, and is at first, wary. However, the subject then treats the instance similar to a pet and makes a point of hiding it, as a red panda is non-native to her region.
Her daily record with the instance often has it walking with her in the parks, and watch as she plays a zither that she inherited from her father. The instance usually brings in mahuang, which the subject then uses to alleviate her asthma. Instance usually sleeps beside the subject at night. In later interviews, she then cites the instance as a relief from loneliness.
Other notable activities include the instance bringing in edible fruits, which she turns into what she calls '先果酱' from high-hanging trees, and running around actively when the subject lights her in-ground kiln.
The instance leaves during New Year, and is noted to be lethargic before that. The subject is later on depressed for a few days, but soon recovers, citing the note left by the instance as her inspiration.

Name Indicated : 张伟 / Zhang Wei - Resident of Fuunan. [[Deep-scale Foundation research found a list of soldiers from 1940 bearing this name. Research took at least two months due to obscurity and damage of Chinese records due to war and the Cultural Revolution. [[/footnote]]

Description of Individual:Subject is a Filipino musician living in Capaz, Tarlac
SCP-5000 Instance:Bearcat
Duration of Interaction:4 days
As with most instances found in this report, subject solved the crossword puzzle. The bearcatUnlike most other instances, subject remained apprehensive throughout most of its interactions with the instance, which then shortly left.
Note Left:Imagine, you were really good at that puzzle. The encounter wasn't meant to be like this - I was betting a lot on it, since it's pretty much the last thing I can remember.I wish I'm just taking a pint at Virgilio's.

Date: October 6, 2019-January 1,2020
Individual: John Verania and Hanako Mitagawa
Description of Individual:Both are working as sociological researchers site located near Tacloban, Philippines. Currently, both live together, with their research mainly focused on veracity of news in social and mass media.
SCP-5000 Instance:Leopard Cat
Duration of Interaction:117 days
Both researchers have not been informed of SCP-5000 due to it being poorly understood at the time. However, in later interviews, they have been noted that reports of SCP-5000 instances were circulating on social media sites, and those were being investigated for memetic traces.
Verania solved the puzzle when the instance deposited it to him.Two days later, the instance reappeared, with the couple wary of it. As with other instances, the couple then becomes accustomed to the instance, crafting an initial report on it, which solidified Foundation attention on SCP-5000.
In a bid to understand SCP-5000, the Foundation designated the couple as SCP-5000-PH, aiming to see the view of the instance on the couple, and its reaction. As the instance this time maintained distance and regularly disappeared, SCP-5000-PH was instructed to keep the status quo on their activities.
The instance often appeared during the night, watching SCP-5000-PH through the living room windows.
Note Left:So that's how it is. It has always been a joke for us back then that it is a mystery of life whether such people can really exist, and I always wanted to see one for myself without too much context, especially now that my memory is failing. Description of Individual:A salarywoman in Japan, working for ██████ ███████████. She is currently single.
SCP-5000 Instance:Long-tailed Tit
Duration of Interaction:117 days
The instance took a checkerboard cipher this time, after a chain of crossword puzzles by other instances. The subject recognized the cipher as a being based on the i-ro-ha alphabet, and solved it.
Note Left:Two haikus were left by the instance. Respectively, they were written by Shintomi Deisha and Hashi Kageo. Both are Japanese poets who lived in the 1940s.

Date: July 26, 2019-August 19,2019
Individual: Wulandari Prasetyo
Description of Individual:A market vendor living in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The subject usually sells vegetables, seafood and fish. Several members of her grandmother's family had been killed during the Japanese onslaught.
SCP-5000 Instance:Bawean Deer
Duration of Interaction:25 days
The instance brought a crossword puzzle to the individual during the night, and the subject solved it. The next day, the instance reappeared, and was shooed away for several days as the individual believed it was a pest. However, both of them adopted a more cordial relationship following several days, with the individual feeding it leftover shoots.
By this time, Foundation Site-167 have already received initial reports about this instance, and were now monitoring the situation.
The instance's stay with the individual was cut short, when the subject tried to shoo it off her vegetable garden. In a later interview, she said that while it was fine for the instance to eat up the leftover grass and remain close to her home, her vegetable garden was deemed by her to be too important.
The instance was then hit by a travelling ojek. The instance, which was in critical condition, was then retrieved by Foundation paramedics, citing possible rabies on a member of an endangered species.
