Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5042 is to be kept in a metal toy chest in a room in the Heavy Containment Zone in Site ██, locked with a special keypad that only personnel of Level 4 can unlock in the case for an interview, only 2 scientists and 1 D-Class is permitted to interview SCP-5042.
Description: SCP-5042 is a Super Mario Brothers Waluigi plush doll manufactured by Nintendo, the object has been shown to also have a pull-string on the back on it's back, but the anomaly of SCP-5042 is it's ability to speak with a robotic version of Charles Martinet's impression of Waluigi, it is shown via x-ray that SCP-5042 has a complete skeleton and lacks a mechanical voicebox that should allow it to speak.
The pull-string is merely part of it's clothing, which is also noted to feel like actual clothing, the skin, hair, and teeth are also realistically correct, tapes show that SCP-5042, during containment breaches, causes fatalities around the facility, sometimes working alongside with Euclid SCPs, most notably SCP-096, as it's seen leaving around 50 chunks of organs that are torn apart in SCP-096's containment cell.
Addendum: SCP-5042 during 4/15/20██ has caused a containment breach involving SCP-096, the cause of it's containment breach is SCP-5042 leaving a picture of SCP-096's face on the table nearby the door, SCP-5042 has been given a Keter rank due to it's cause of many containment breaches.
