Special Containment Procedures: Mobile Task Force Unit RHO-19 is to locate, destroy and prevent the online posting of deers being killed. In the event of a deer image being released, preparations for an XO Class "End of Humanity" scenario are to be put in place. Any persons that have viewed deer dying through video footage are to enact procedure "5078-Deerhunter".
Description: SCP-5078 is a phenomenon that occurs when the footage of deer being killed is viewed by a human subject. When the footage is viewed in its entirety by a human, said human will be referred to as SCP-5078-1. SCP-5078 will then manifest, turning the closest deer to SCP-5078 hostile, now referred to as SCP-5078-1-A. SCP-5078-1-A will then run towards SCP-5078-1 to terminate the subject. The only method to halt the termination of SCP-5078-1 is through procedure known as "5078-Deerhunter". The procedure is conducted as follows:
1. SCP-5078-1 is to go into an open space, and cut the palm of the dominant hand; enough so that 5ml of blood are retrievable.
2. SCP-5078 is to poor the blood over the forehead, ensuring that it trickles down the nose until the chin.
3. SCP-5078 is to recount the following phrase; "Forgive thy sight, as it was not just, enhance thy resistance, as to protect thy plight."
4. Subjects are to be administered the appropriate amnestics depending on exposure.
If procedure is executed correctly, SCP-5078-1-A will cease its attack towards SCP-5078-1 and return to its original location.
If procedure is not executed correctly, SCP-5078-1-A will attack and terminate SCP-5078-1 ruthlessly.
In the event that a large populous has viewed footage of a deer's death, Mobile Task Force "See no evil" alongside "Village Idiots" is to be deployed and instruct the populous on how to perform procedure 5078-Deerhunter. In the event that subjects do not comply or threaten the lives of the others after several warnings, said subjects are to be terminated immediately (discretely).
Addendum: SCP-5078 was upgraded to Keter following incident 5078-1.
Addendum 5078-1:
A video of a local deer being run over by a car was circulated through local social media in ██████████, ██████. This was the first reported event of SCP-5078, as such Special Containment Procedures were not put in place. This resulted in the deaths of ███,███ persons between the ages of ██ and ██. The entire local town remains abandoned, being guarded by the ███████ ██████████. The video was filmed and spread by ██████████████████████████████. ████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████. As such, most of the report is redacted for security reasons. The individuals in question have been apprehended and are currently being "interrogated" by the ████████ ████████ ██████████.
