Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5101 During Containment Breach, Captured via High Tech Body Camera
SCP-5101 is to be Locked with in a Lead-Nickel Filled Wall Cell, This Is To Stop It Manifesting through the walls and attacking foundation staff. Any contact with SCP-5101 is to be administered by the Site Director (Note: If not Present Send It To The 05 Council) All things with-in its manifestation hole is nothing but a nuclear waste land region. It is to be kept with in a heavy containment keter wing cell. A passcode and a level card is needed, the pass code can be acquired by the current site director at site-45.
Any testing with 5101 is strictly prohibited, unless a level 5 agent or above is present and overseeing the testing. As of now containment procedures have been revised. A special tesla gate bridge is to used when testing with SCP-5101, the entity is to be contained in its 2nd cell with the 1st cell used for testing. All test or studying have to be filled into a file and documented as File-5101
Description:
SCP-5101 is a bipedal humanoid creatures usually with few muscle mass on the torso and arms. There height is approximately 6 - 10 ft. They possess immense strength, they are able to use this during the event of a containment breach.Mobile Task Force units present on site are to control the situation and recontain it, in the event of 2-5101 creatures in the site 1 is to be terminated. Any other 5101-A are to be taken out and put in another containment chamber and immediately terminated. Testing the creature with another SCP has to be approved by the 05 council. Any Level 4 only testing has to be strictly monitored if approved.
Moving of SCP-5101 to another cell block is strictly prohibited. 3 Containment Protocols are to be distributed in the event of another breach. All staff in level 12-14 are to be moved up to levels 3-4, security forces are to be on high alert when testing with SCP-5101 begins. Tesla Gate 14-A, 14-B, 14-C, and 14-D are to be activated for security purposes. Requesting of the deactivation has to be manual with a code distributed by the Level-5 agent present.
If another SCP-5101 substance appears in the cell it is to be moved out and terminated immediately. If the instance survives the termination attempt it is to be located into another keter wing cell and manually terminated via carborane acid into the blood stream.
Addendum 5101-01:

███████ Lab began there research on a manifestation of SCP-5101. During the research flamethrower teams burned back what was assumed a sentient rope creatures. As the team finished, an SCP-5101 substance appeared through the manifestation. 1500-Hours During the attack ███████ lab was put on lockdown. With the death of 32 Researchers, The SCP Foundation stepped in, acting as police officers MTF Unit Gamma-5 are to make sure media people are to back-off the site. After the securing of ███████ lab, Research team Omega-19 began taking samples from the manifestation before fully setting up there control station.

After the full containment zone of "The Manifestation" Omega-19 began there full mission sending in Mobile Task Force Eta-10 to track down and capture it. See Recording For Further Detail After awhile Eta-10 reached the main town area, being cautious they cleared every building loking for it.

Addendum 5101-02:
SCP Review Notes:
Due to the exceedingly difficult-to-contain nature of SCP-5101, SCP is to be reviewed every three months or during a post-breach incident. Physical restraints are impossible, and direct physical damage appears to have minimal effect on SCP-5101. Current SCP, as of ██/██/████, revolves around basic observation and immediate response. Previously, more proactive special containment procedures have been recalled due to the events of breaches ██, ███, ██, █, and ████.
Notes on behavior:
SCP-5101 appears to go a long state of "Dormency", in which it will remain completely motionless for up to three months. The cause for this is unknown; however, it has been shown that this appears to be used as a “lulling” tactic. Scp-5101 will emerge from this state in a very agitated state, and will attack and abduct staff and cause gross damage to its containment cell and the site at large. Recall Protocol [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-5101 appears to hunt and attack based on desire and hunger. SCP-5101 will attack and collect multiple prey items during a hunting behavior event, keeping many “alive” in the pocket dimension for extended periods of time. SCP-5101 has no determinable “limit”, and appears to collect a random number of prey items during an event.
Recall Protocol ██ -███ -█:
In the event of a breach event by SCP-5101, a human within the 10-25 years of age bracket will be prepped for recall, with the compromised containment cell being replaced and restored for use. When the cell is ready, the lure subject will be injured, preferably via the breakage of a long bone, such as the femur, or the severing of a major tendon, such as the Achilles Tendon. Lure subject will then be placed in the prepped cell, and the sound emitted by said subject will be transmitted over the site public address system.
SCP-5101 will typically begin to crawl toward the lure subject within ten to fifteen minutes after hearing the subject. Should SCP-5101 not respond to the initial broadcast, additional physical trauma is to be administered to the lure subject at twenty-minute intervals until it responds. Multiple lure subjects may be used in the case of major breach events. It will typically enter a dormant state after finishing with a lure subject. In addition, subjects may [DATA EXPUNGED].

SCP Protocol Notes ██/██/█:
New Containment Breach protocols have been inputted by the 05 council. Due to recent breaches from cross-testing with other Scp's, the new testing cell for it has been inputted for the future. With the cell and new security protocols have also been inputted. The Security Department would be able to lead personnel to the upper levels into the testing keter hangars. Mtf Unit ███-10 would be stationed around the testing region to be on high alert if anything would go wrong, any breaches from both scp’s would begin there Rapid Response to the location and contain the creature.
After the breach Agent ███████ (Founder of 5101) was taken to a questioning room. Soon after he began to become inpatient. When the interview commenced (See Interview 5101-█-███) he started rambling off on how he should be back in control of 5101 not ████. He demanded to be allowed to leave, the interviewer (Dr. █████) denied his request. The incident was finally ratified, after that he still demanded to be put on the 5101 project.
