Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5127 is contained in a 10 by 10 inch 3-millimeter thick tempered glass observation case. SCP-5127's anatomy is similar to that of a common virus. SCP-5127 is ███ nano-meters in length and is held in a 3.5-inch long needle. SCP-5127 undergoes no current cleaning procedures, with no special care in the containment room due to SCP-5127 being kept in a needle that is too large for SCP-5127 to breach. SCP-5127's needle is coated with a special anti-bacterial liquid, and is filled with 100% alcohol to prevent interaction with any other micro-organisms or bacteria. SCP-5127 is incapable of creating a ███████ scenario, due to its physical abilities being closely related to any type of virus.
Description: SCP-5127 is a cell that is contained in a sealed unused medical syringe full of 100% rubbing alcohol, in which SCP-5127 appears to be unaffected by. SCP-5127 itself is visible under a 4x objective lens, through a compound light microscope, otherwise SCP-5127 isn’t visible to the naked eye. SCP-5127 currently had no known point of origin, and biological origin tests have failed. SCP-5127 emits a medium quantity of gamma radiation waves, mildly affecting any human subject within a 2-foot radius causing symptoms of nausea and fatigue. SCP-5127's body is that of a flu virus, but it's chemical properties have nothing similar to a regular virus. SCP-5127 was later presumed to be a man-made bacteria hybrid. SCP-5127 appears to be attracted to any blood type or body of water rich with bacteria. When SCP-5127 comes in contact with most forms of bacteria, it will kill it. When done the bacteria will begin to break apart into more forms of SCP-5127.
Addendum: SCP-5127 was observed on █████ by Dr. ████████, she claimed that SCP-5127 had the ability to regenerate itself rapidly in water at a temperature of 90-100F, which was later confirmed by Dr. █████. Recent studies indicate that when SCP-5127 was injected into a human subject, the subject was asymptomatic within the first hour, but at approximately ████PM, the subject started having symptoms of the common flu, which quickly progressed. The subject displayed hysteria and their body temperature escalated to ████F. The subject then continued to start tearing away at its skin and muscle exposing bone. After approximately ███ minutes, the subject had appeared to have scratched away all of its muscle and skin. This reaction is believed to be caused by the rapidly regenerating virus adding radiation to the subject's bloodstream as it multiplies. Recent studies show that the pain was caused by a chemical transformation in the subject's blood due to acid being released by the virus, changing the blood to have similar qualities to an average human's stomach acid.
