Description: SCP 5148 is a maze located in [REDACTED] made of an unknown material that closely resembles dark grey bricks. Every so often the maze will shift, changing the entire layout of the maze and sometimes the entry point as well. Inside SCP 5148 strange entities known as SCP 5148-1 will start to appear around any corner if someone were to enter the maze. These entities vary in looks but will attack anyone on site. If someone is scratched by these entities, in 4-6 hours they slowly show signs of having a flu, after 8 hours they slowly start leaking a strange unknown substance resembling black ooze and will act violently towards any living thing, before decaying into a small black puddle of the same substance. In the center of SCP 5148 there is an entity dubbed SCP 5148-2, SCP 5148-2 appears to be a tall ghostly male figure with horns made of wood protruding out of their head and a nearly gas-like tail replacing what would be their legs. Their skin appears to be grey with a face supporting only a mouth with sharp teeth and one eye, as well as most of their body being covered in what appears to be either bandage or cloth. SCP 5148-2 can also be seen carrying a large bid hammer-like weapon. In order to come in contact with this SCP you must have level 4 clearance. Currently only one personnel has seen this SCP. After going near SCP 5148-2 the personnel and his mobile task force were terminated, from that point on this incident was referred to as Incident-scp 5148-1.

Addendum 1: SCP 5148-2 typically is asleep except for when someone nears the centre of the maze.
Addendum 2: SCP 5148-2 appears to not be attacked by SCP 5148-1 whenever they stumble into the center of the maze.
Addendum 3: Anyone who enters the maze can still make it out if they manage to but if anyone were to overlook the maze itself without entering through the gates in a helicopter or other surveillance as soon as the person who walked in is out of sight they will seem to disappear as well as any other living things that entered the maze but will return back in sight once they exit the maze.

Interviewer: “Wait earlier you said my na… never mind any ways can you tell me what this maze is?”

End Log 7/11/2020, 1:17 AM Closing Statement:after that transpired SCP 5148-2 picked up the hammer and began to slaughter all of the mobile task force and DR.███████. After that they found a piece of paper with a drawing of SCP 5148-2 and a digital link on it and it took them to [DATA EXPUNGED]. After they found out this video was a digital copy of SCP-407 they had it taken down.
