Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5156 is to be contained in a 1m x 1m reinforced steel compartment at Site:██ guarded by no more then 2 guards at any given time. All access to SCP-5156 must be approved by 3 members of the 05 council, and sufficient reasoning must be provided due to the nature of SCP-5156. Access to SCP-5156 is prohibited at all times, anyone seen trying to access SCP-5156's compartment will be shot on sight.
The door to SCP-5156's compartment must be locked using 2, heavy duty, reinforced padlocks. Access to the keys used to unlock SCP-5156's compartment must be approved by 3 members of the 05 council.
Description: SCP-5156 is a 0.5m x 0.5m cube made from a unknown material. Multiple thaumatological symbols, located of each side of previously unknown origin outlined in a glowing, white light, how these symbols glow is unknown. Any light that comes into contact with SCP-5156 will proceed to be absorbed, how this process occurs in unknown. SCP-5156 is immune to any physical damage, reality manipulation, and any other forms of harm. Strong electromagnetic waves limit the range of items and processes SCP-5156 can produce and enact.
SCP-5156 has the ability to grant the request of the user, who which will now be referred to as SCP-5156-1 when request is asked, no matter what is asked of it. However, any request asked of it to destroy, damage, or neutralize itself are ignored by SCP-5156. SCP-5156 does appear to have a form of consciousness, having the ability to understand any language it spoken too in. Some examples are, English, Spanish, Russian, Latin, Hindu, Arabic, and Greek. However, all test have been proven inconclusive on how SCP-5156 can understand what the speak is saying, due to having no obvious forms of comprehension.
The anomalous properties of SCP-5156 and how they work are still unknown, all audio or visual recordings are disrupted when any request is asked of SCP-5156. Only SCP-5156-1 will allowed to be in the presence of SCP-5156. When subjects are later questioned on how SCP-5156 granted the given request, they recall having no memory of ever asking SCP-5156, and act like they have had this ability or object on them, and seemed to forget about it. How the subjects could or how they forget having these items or ability is unknown, due to these changes being apparent or obvious in most cases. The range of this effect is unknown, and is theorized to infinite, as testing has shown.
The way in which SCP-5156 attains theses items or effects a person is unknown.

Procedure: D-Class 5167 was instructed to directly speak to SCP-5156 and request from it 1 U.S Quarter, Class D Subject was not informed of SCP-5157 nature.
Results: 1 U.S Quarter
Analysis: SCP-5156 has no visible signs of any negative effects after a request in given, more testing required. - Dr. B██████

Subjects: 1 Class D Personal
Procedure: D-Class 3210 was instructed to directly speak to SCP-5156 and request a pen currently located at Site-██, currently located 500km from current site.
Results: D-Class 3210 left the room with pen from Site-██
Analysis: SCP-5156 seems to have no physical range restriction when in comes to requesting a object, further testing is required. - Dr. B██████

Subjects: 2 Class D Personal
Procedure: D-Class 4132 was instructed to directly speak to SCP-5156 and request a Human Heart from D-Class 3789, D-Class 3789 was not informed of nature of SCP-5156. D-Class 4132 was holding the heart of D-Class 3789, D-Class 3789 proceed to collapse, Class D-4132 then reacted and dropped D-Class 3789's onto the ground.
Analysis: SCP-5156 seems to have no regards to any physical matter that would be in way in order to obtain was it requested of. Later autopsy showed no physical deformities were present, and where the heart used to be know has multiple clean lacerations to all connect organs, veins, tissue, and other biological tissue. - Dr. B██████

Addendum 1-A: No further testing of SCP-5156 is allowed due to the know discovered nature of SCP-5156, and all future testing with out the approval of 3 05 council members is strictly prohibited. See incident log report SCP-5156- AB.

Incident Log Report: SCP-5156- AB
A D-Class subject 1 was instructed to directly speak to SCP-5156, D-Class subject was told to request another D-Class subject 2 too the current room. Due to the effect SCP-5156 has on audio and recording devices, D-Class 1 refused to follow orders and requested a currently unknown command. 3 on site researchers and 5 on site security detail proceeded to collapse to the ground, all later investigations of the bodies showed all had suffer from simultaneous brain death. D-Class subject 1 proceed and tried to escape Site-██, but was shot by 2 security guards standing near SCP-5156's containment chamber. All research staff and security who died were related to the containment and testing of SCP-5156, and is believed all died from the request given from D-Class Subject 1. D-Class Subject 2 was later questioned and stated he had no involvement with the breach attempt.
