Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5186 is currently contained in site-21 with the exception of the current site director and 05 council. the object's containment is a 40-meter box with cameras also known as 5186-B inside 5186-B are 3 cambers with four electronic pole-like devices that attract electricity. the subject should be away from any other SCP for reasons that are in the description.
Description: SCP-5186 is a humanoid male also known as "The living E.M.P". He was created by [REDACTED] as a weapon. He has been implanted with robot parts and given reptile-like features that resemble a raptor. the objects hair is about 18 inches long and has a blue tint With mostly black hair
SCP-5186 sees through thermal vision and has heightened senses and is very agile. The barbed tongue is hollow as when it inserts the enemies' flesh, it will liquefy the insides and suck it back in through the tube. The subject seems to be mute only making rumbling sounds of roaring/hissing when threatened.
SCP-5186 is not aggressive to humans unless attacked first or threaten in any way but it seems to go after other SCPs and is somewhat intrigued on how they survive, but that causes the subject to ripping the other SCP open to looking at the insides if it is another living organism. This is how we found SCP-5186, some local fishermen were complaining about weird noises in one of the fishing warehouses in the docks, that's where we found SCP-5186 tearing apart [REDACTED] and eating its organs. When the task force tried to confront the SCP, it sent out an EMP blast that made a blackout and then eliminated them all except for one soldier who has given said information.
Subject contains a blues substance currently being tested within lab grounds. so far the substance is able to power most electronics. so far the only information that is given has been received from various tests and still needs much more run-throughs.

Interviewer: Dr. ███: yes well I suppose going against something like that can be terrifying at times so I would you to tell me what you remember…
interviewed task force Survivor (Ret.), █████████: i… I remember feeling anxious to know what it was this time. i-if it was like SCP-999 or something that would keep me up at night…but I was still ready for anything as we approached the destination i…felt funny… like waves of microorganisms electrified me… when I saw it..it started to walk away like It could care less if we were there or not
then it started to walk on all four…. s-sent chill down my spine as started to shoot it stop and screamed so loud windows could shatter… then that's when it happened I jumped in the lake near the docks and swam away with just a few minor injuries, the whole dock blew up…made the sirens go off… I swam so far for god knows how long I still knew my way here though I was tired and cold after coming in another squad of d-class mobile task force went out.. there it was more of them and they came back 42 minutes later with half of them came back id say about four with the…thing I watched as it was taken away…
