Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5221 is to be kept in a Euclid class humanoid container with the only modification that the entity's arms and legs to tethered to the ground via chains made of tungsten. Should subject breach containment procedure 5221-J is to be initiated. Communication with SCP-5221 is to be minimum (see description) and no personnel should interact with SCP-5221 is to communicate or interact with it unless given a written or digital proposal from the site overseer.
Description: SCP-5221 is a humanoid figure with no features that define it as a normal human, and thus has the physical body of a male mannequin. SCP-5221's body is made of solid silver steel, and face is black and reflective much like a computer screen. SCP-5221 wears a black hoodie, blue jeans, and brown boots, the entity is never seen without this clothing off and any attempts to remove any piece of the clothing has been meant with failure. SCP-5221, when activated, is extremely conversational and highly curious, however its memory is perfect and has a uncanny ability to learn and share information, thus has resulted in multiple containment breaches, all of which have been stopped due to SCP-5221's high susceptibility to electricity, with objects like tasers causing it to shut down. SCP-5221 is not cruel and only resorts to harming humans when its the last option. SCP-5221 claims that it only wants to escape the facility because it wants to see if it can, and has claimed that when it does escape it will allow itself to be recaptured and re contained stating "I learn so much from this foundation why would I want to leave?". SCP-5221 poses a high security risk due to its knowledge of the foundation and its knack for sharing information for anyone who listens and it is due to this SCP-5221 is to never come into contact with any civilians.
