Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5328 is unable to be contained by the Foundation. The Foundation has access to all the security cameras in the Hospitals all across the Globe. This is due to the abundance of depressed/injured people.

Description: SCP-5328 Is a small wooden door. Upon opening the door, the personnel would be greeted with a marble pedestal. On the pedestal is a written note. These are normally words of encouragement and love. It's also been seen to manifest notes from recently dead family members. Most of the time, SCP-5328 has an effect that give the personal an optimistic look out on things that are bothering them. It's also been seen to of cured depression.
