Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5603 is to be contained in a 3m x 3m x 3m concrete room, attached to a 7m tall concrete crane. The concrete room is to be submerged 10m underwater in a large body of saltwater. A 3.5m tall wall of titanium bars is to surround the concrete room. A total of 3 ballistic missile submarines are to patrol the big body of saltwater at all times. In case of a containment breach ¨Obsidian Swordfish¨ (A special scuba and ground team that is especially to deal with SCP-5603) is to immediately engage with SCP-5603. They are not to use lethal weapons, but Carfentanil tranquilizers darts on SCP-5603. Once SCP-5603 is incapacitated ¨Obsidian Swordfish¨ is to bring SCP-5603 back to the mainland. The wall of the titanium bars (in case of them breaking) is to be repaired, and SCP-5603 is to be placed into another concrete room and submerged back into the large body of water. SCP-5603´s concrete room is not to be raised out of the unless an emergency occurs, or with level 4 clearance. The only way to operate the crane is with 3 keys. 1. The Top Security Advisor 2. Top Researcher 3. The Head Submarine Captain.
Extra Precautions: No one can interview SCP-5603 without level 4 clearance. If permission is granted to interview SCP-5603, The interviewer is only allowed to interrogate SCP-5603 from the viewing room. They are to be guarded by 4 level 3 personnel at all times. Sentry guns are to be placed in the 4 corners of the interrogation room, tracking SCP-5603´s movement. In case of a containment breach, all on-hand personnel is to hunt down SCP-5603 until he is caught. If SCP-5603 engages with foundation personnel, all foundation personnel are allowed to use lethal weaponry against SCP-5603. If SCP-5603 is terminated his body is to be placed back into his concrete cell and placed back into the large body of saltwater.
Description: SCP-5603 was discovered in Sedona, Arizona. SCP-5603 appears to be a tall strong man with black hair, blue eyes, and white skin. He is very intelligent showing a high IQ of 120. SCP-5603 is very compassionate about human life. During exposure to a human entity that is not hostile, SCP-5603 will not attack, but if exposed to a hostile entity SCP-5603 will do anything in its power to protect itself and others. SCP-5603 wears a black cloak and black glove, with black boots. The most interesting thing SCP-5603 has is a crooked wizard looking hat. This hat can turn SCP-5603 invisible at any time. SCP-5603 can control the weather in a 2-mile radius of SCP-5603. SCP-5603 can create fire with his hands. SCP-5603 can also shoot beams of concentrated energy out of his fists. Like SCP-076, SCP-5603 can conjure weapons. But the only weapons he can conjure are Chakrams and an Egyptian like curved blade. Both of these weapons are made out of titanium, and gold. If SCP-5603 is in extreme danger (See Interaction with SCP-682) he will transform into a 4m tall gray humanoid Dire Wolf. Its claws and teeth can piece most materials known to man. But according to an interview with SCP-5603, there will be a time when (He calls the ¨Falling State¨) will occur and SCP-5603 will create a doorway to another dimension. The Falling State is when all life in a dimension will die, and the universe has no more use so it destroys itself. He will continue to go to other dimensions until there are no other ones left to go to, and all fabric of reality will be destroyed.
Recent developments:
SCP-5603 has grown very fond of a female scientist named ¨Megan Foster.¨ He has requested her once a week, and they are allowed to talk to one another. Although they are allowed only 10 minutes it makes SCP-5603 very happy.
Addendum 5603-A:
(LOG): Dr. [REDACTED] enters the interview room. SCP-5603 is sitting down at a table. Dr. [REDACTED] sits down at the table in front of SCP-5603. Dr. [REDACTED] puts his briefcase on the table and pulls out the question form.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Good morning. How are you today?
SCP-5603: (Unresponsive)
Dr. [REDACTED]: Well I'll get right to the questions. Where did you come from?
SCP-5603: Home.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Where is that?
(LOG): SCP-5603 makes a sad expression on his face and looks down.
SCP-5603: It is nowhere now.
Dr. [REDACTED]: You are gonna have to be more specific.
SCP-5603: (Unresponsive).
Dr. [REDACTED]: Ok moving on. Why are you here?
SCP-5603: I escaped.
Dr. [REDACTED]: From what?
SCP-5603: Death.
(LOG): Dr. [REDACTED] remained silent in his chair as if he was stunned. SCP-5603 started blankly at Dr. [REDACTED]. Dr. [REDACTED] remained silent for 5 minutes, afterward Dr. [REDACTED] began to cough violently. Level 2 personnel were instructed to extract Dr. [REDACTED] from the interrogation room and moved to a medical unit to be examined. Dr. [REDACTED] did not cease to cough until 30 minutes had passed. SCP-5603 was then escorted back to its cement cell by level 3 personnel. Dr. [REDACTED] made a full recovery and was transferred to another project for fear of future harm.
