Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5654 is to follow class 5 containment procedures, aka the following.
Scp 5654 is to be kept in a 10m by 10m cube made of 2m thick stainless steel and chromium, if breached the site shall go into code SuperBlue lockdown, the SCP is not to be interacted with unless a squad of 4 MTF are on site, if this protocol is ignored all staff in 5654's containment are to be demoted. When tested / having its chamber cleaned there must have 5 d-class, and 2 security personnel.
Descroption: 5654 is a humanoid entity that wears a blue shirt and white labcoat. The entity, who calls himself "kyle" has a red right eye where he can form dangerous objects/things in an attempt to either defend or attack any living being. The scp has been seen teleporting around site 64 the scp currently cannot control his abilities and is a dangerous humanity. The Scp can take damage but seems to not be affected to the point he can survive a nuclear bomb and its radiation. The scp Currently resides at site 64 in sector 4 3, the scp is NOT to be allowed to
site transfer protocol: When the scp must be transfered to another site it must be put in handcuffs can be escorted by security personnel, the other option is cuffing the scp NOTE: the cuffing option is more dangerous for staff and humanity the SCP must be put in the back of van made of thick steel with NO WINDOWS at the back.
Extra data: The SCP loves peanut butter, The SCP is a keter due to destroying a whole sector of a site during a containment breach.
Incident-1:
12:30AM: Major breach inside the facility caused by SCP 5654.
1:02AM: Alpha warhead system active
2:22AM: Facility destroyed, all traces of scps inside and humans are gone
5:30AM: 2 MTF squads of 8 find SCP 5654 on the ground outside where the facility once was.
9:22AM: SCP 5654's object class changed to keter
12:55PM: SCP 5654's put into maximum containment.

SCP 5654 was contained on september 11th 2016 after the foundation realised the power the scp, the scp was originally a staff member, a researcher actually but was made an scp after a breach caused 5654 to attack and nearly destroy an scp. [REDACTED] was later [REDACTED]
