Special Containment Procedures: SCP 5654 is to be contained in a 10 by 10m standard humanoid containment cell reinforced by 2" thick steel metal walls, the SCP is to be transferred into a cell of the same dimensions weekly for inspection/cleaning. If there is Anything not functioning inside the cell the site/floor is to be moved to a superblue and/or evacuated until a replacement cell can be found and put in for the SCP, if no replacement cell can be found the cell is to immediately be cleaned, repaired and all equipment within the cell replaced and the scp be moved back in.
If no replacement cell is found, the cell of the scp is to be evacuated and a security personell be called into the cell to give the scp, class D amnestics via the only way possible injection, if carried out correctly the scp should forget everything from 3 weeks+ before. the scp is to immediately be put through [REDACTED] so the scp doesnt forget how to [redacted] its Abilities properties Anomalous properties and also how to 'control' these.
Description: SCP-5654 is a humanoid male who refers to them self as kyle richards dressed in a original, 1996 SCP researcher uniform who claims to formally have worked for the scp foundation and has said, on mutiple occasions to have helped write and/or research the following scps: SCP-096, SCP-███ and finally SCP-565█. however there is no proof to him ever working for the foundation or him researching those SCPs, The SCP foundation has, however, found DNA of the scp on several doccuments, such as the aforementioned, SCP-096, SCP-███ and 565█ paper copies, suggesting that what its saying is the truth.
The SCP has never been seen to leave the cell unless forced to, even when the door is left unlocked and/or open.

0500 hours:
No notable activity at site 62-5654A
No notable activity at site 62-5654B
0600 hours:
Both Site 62-5654 A and B start to experience strange outbursts of energy, causing nearby towns and villages to lose power.
0700 hours:
Site 62-5654B experiences violent shaking before the outer wall and a nearby guard tower cracks around it
0715 hours: site 62-5654A starts experiencing the same shaking on the outer wall of the site cracks and peices of the outside site collapse
0730 hours: shaking stops and sites go back to normal procedures, though still on alert for more activity.
1200 hours: Site 62-5654A's outer wall shakes and then collapses, the wall falling backwards into the site.
1215 hours: site 62-5654A starts collapsing as considerable damage has been sustained to the site, the site is now being evacuated.
1220 hours: Site 62-5654A starts to fall into the ground as the ground around it cracks.
1230 hours: Site A falls further into the ground, the surrounding area following.
1245 hours: Site A's onsite bomb is hit by the falling earth, concrete and stone, the site almost immediately implodes, pulling most, if not all of the site into it.
1300 hours: the remaining site explodes outwards, damaging the nearby areas and site B.
1301 hours: Site B is pelleted with debris.
1302 hours: Site B's roof is heavily damaged with part of site A's wall
1320 hours: Site B is repaired slightly as the debris stop coming.
1502 hours: Site B is pulled downwards. site personal evacuate instantly.
1650 hours: Site B falls into a pit, the weak lower half containing the onsite nuke hits the ground of a cavern, which disables the nuke.
1655 hours: the lower levels are crushed on the floor of the cavern and the hole made into the cavern starts filling with smoke as the site catches aflame.
1700 hours: site B is engulfed in flames as a core inside of the site explodes, an extremely loud alarm rocks the surrounding area for 2 hours as the site burns and later explodes.
