Item #: SCP-5669
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5669 is to be kept in a ten (10) by ten (10) mm 4 layer plexiglass box on a fire proof pedestal in the middle of a 60 foot room. There's a dim light shining down on the item.
To contain SCP-5669 make sure there is no paper with in 5 feet of you. Slowly pick up SCP-5669 with fireproof gloves. Do not let it touch your skin.
Description: SCP-5669 approximately measures 3.0 inches long, and weighs 4.0 ounces. SCP-5669 is a pen made from steel, and gold. SCP-5669 is painted black from some unknown liquid. SCP-5669 seems to change colors while drawing a picture.
Once you have picked SCP-5669 up, you cannot let go. SCP-5669 catches on fire and starts to draw on any paper with in 5 feet of you. Forcing the user to draw a picture of themselves burnt to a crisp, looking up to the sky with multicolored eyes. Approximately 1 minute after finishing the drawing, all devices with in 50 feet would blackout. 30 seconds later the devices turn back on, showing the man looking up with multicolored eyes.
SCP-5669-2 is the drawing created by the user of SCP-5669. When the drawing is touched, the person touching SCP-5669-2 seems to be healed of any sickness, or injury they had. But if you touch SCP-5669-2 for more than 5 seconds you'll feel nauseous, and start to feel a burning within your stomach. Soon your body will start to catch on fire, and burn to dust. Then your ashes will reshape into an eye the size of a head. SCP-5669-3 the eye will adjust to the light and quickly stare at the closet human in a range of 10 feet. Soon the person will burn to dust and shape into an eye, never ending. Unless you throw water at SCP-5669-3, it won't stop for anything.
Addendum: We have monitored Personnel D-284 use the pen from 60 feet away, with a zoom in camera, the devices with in 50 feet go out. Personnel D-284 seems to twist his body out of control into many shapes and 25 seconds of the blackout, they come to a quick stop, and slowly look up at the sky. Soon the cameras come back on, showing what happens.
Addendum-2: The fire emitted from SCP-5669 can not be put out from any type of water. That is not the same for SCP-5669-3.
Addendum-3: We put in Personnel D-539 and Personnel D-924 together, Personnel D-539 picked up SCP-5669 while Personnel D-924 observed. The cameras with in 50 feet went out as usual, when the cameras came back on, Personnel D-539 was staring at the sky, and Personnel D-924 was no where to be seen. So we checked the footage, Personnel D-924 started running the opposite direction of SCP-5669. But he quickly came to a stop, he sat down and slowly started sinking into the floor before sinking all the way down, he turned his head around in a flash, and stared at the camera, until he was completely gone.
Incident 5669-2: Personnel D-1853 was instructed to touch SCP-5669-2 for 4 seconds exactly. He did so successfully with nothing out of the usual happening, but before Personnel D-1853 could be instructed again, he picked up SCP-5669-2 and rips it in half. Personnel D-1853 started to “glitch” so it seemed, His body was morphing into weird shapes, he caught on fire, he was slowly being pulled to the remains of SCP-5669-2, Personnel D-1853 was resisting the pull, but then he emitted a high pitched scream, then he got quickly pulled back causing him to crash into SCP-5669-2. Wait he disappeared. Wait who am I writing about again? Huh? Personnel D-1853? We don't have a Personnel D-1853. Ahem. I need to rest.
Incident SCP-5669-4: Dr. Lane Falder attempted to destroy SCP-5669. He instructed Personnel D-481 to drop SCP-5669 into highly dangerous acid dispenced from SCP-294 in a acid proof cup. Personnel D-481 dropped SCP-5669 into the acid. As soon as SCP-5669 touched the acid, it caused a time loop of SCP-5669 hitting the acid. The time loop stopped after Personnel D-481 caught SCP-5669 before it could hit the acid, unfortunately Personnel D-481 ended up touching the acid in the process. The time loop ended up creating a second, melted version of SCP-5669, called SCP-5669-4. We have tested, and found that if these two touch, time itself will be destroyed.
