Item #: SCP-5676

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures:Due to the calm and cooperative nature of SCP-5676, she is allowed to walk around the facility, interacting with any staff and D-class personnel. She has been assigned a staff room as her containment, and in the event of a breach, she has to follow all staff procedures. SCP-5676 requires a daily intake of nutrition, about the same as a human male and has been allowed access to the cafeterias .SCP-5676 may decide to visit different facility's every day, where she has been assigned a staff room as well. However, when testing is underway, only level 3 or higher personnel can enter her containment. Only two personnel are to be in the room with SCP-5676 at any time.

Description: SCP-5676 is a humanoid entity that has a changing form, usually SCP-5676 takes the form of a young female Elf (a fantasy race based on games, most notably Dungeons and Dragons). However, her form can vary on her mood and environment. She was born with the name Cayleen Sianodel, but has adopted the title SCP-5676 without complaint, still referring to herself as Cayleen. SCP-5676 has the abilities to traverse the multiverse, an infinite collection of infinite universes. However, in all of these Infinite universes, there appears to only be one version of SCP-5676, despite versions of D-class, guards, researchers and SCP entities meeting. Due to this, SCP-5676 appears to be suffering from what scientists are calling "Singular Entity Disarray" or SED for short. Every few hours or so, her form becomes unstable and SCP-5676's body changes, and, though it is highly unlikely, her mind and mood can change. On record, SCP-5676 has changed body 1278 times under foundation care, and it has been noted that she can return to her original form whenever she wants. SCP-5676 has never transformed into any non-humanoid entity, and mostly focuses on the fantasy races, for example, Elves, Teiflings and Tabaxi. On record, her physical age is never below the age of 16, and the highest record was 37 years old. Actual age of SCP-5676 is unknown, even to her, though she believs it is somewhere from 1000 to 5000 years old.

Addendum 1: SCP-5676 was first found in SCP-2317-Prime by a facility guard, who immediately raised the alarm. A level 2 emergency was declared and the 05 council was alerted. When questioned, the Guard stated that they had heard knocking on the inside of SCP-2317, upon opening the door, they found SCP-5676, who was passed out. After containing SCP-5676 with ease and classifying her as Object class Keter, she was questioned by the 05 Council. The following is an audio log from the 05 Council.

Closing Statement: SCP-5676 was the transferred to Site-20 where she was given the Object class Safe and permission to explore the complex freely.

Addendum 2: SCP-5676's abilities have shown no end, this is a list of observed abilities.

  • Multiverse travel
  • Teleportation (range unknown)
  • Immortality
  • Partial resistance to gunfire, acid, asphyxiation and fire.
  • Small amounts of magic, seemingly inspired by spells from TTRPGs
  • The creation of a small pocket dimension to hold items

SCP-5676 has also been observed being able to make small amounts of items materialise in her hands, example include, ammunition, a pink sword, SCP-500, a handgun and a phone. SCP-5676 has, under supervision, attempted to create bigger items, the biggest on record, was an entire cargo container of the foodstuffs Oreos, which dramatically improved staff morale. Anything created by SCP-5676 has not appeared to have any negative effects on any organism so far.

SCP-5676 has also expressed concern about Dr Bright, though how she knew of him was unknown. She has met and talked to him many times, and Dr Bright seems to enjoy her company, claiming that she has understood his pain of never being truly dead. SCP-5676 had begun her research on SCP-963 by visiting multiple version of the Foundation in other universes. So far, all attempts have remained futile.
SCP-5676 has appeared immortal, she and researchers believe that this is due to SED. There has been one attempt of termination testing, should she pose a threat to the Foundation. On the 7th of [data expunged], SCP-5676 was shot by a 50 caliber machine gun, footage shows that after 15 shots to the head, her skull caved in under pressure and her brain was hit. At this moment, SCP-5676 disappeared in an instant, appearing in her quarters in Site 125, where testing was conducted. After this, SCP-5676 was scared, claiming that in the couple of seconds she had been dead, she had seen things that she had never wanted to see again. All further termination testing was cancelled by Dr █████, claiming that she was no threat to the foundation. To this date, SCP-5676 has made no attempt to breach containment, or release news of the SCP Foundation to the public, despite having access to the internet via her own mobile phone (make unknown) and computer terminal logins. However, she has been responsible of the re containment of multiple SCP's after their escape, helping Scientists and D-class personnel get to safety and attacking the SCP's along side MTF squads, even sacrificing herself countless times to save personnel.
