Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5681 (The Screaming lady) is to be kept alone in a room with black walls and one WOODEN stool in the EXACT middle of the room. SCP-5681 should sit on the stool looking at one of the four walls and start mumbling. If anyone/anything enters the room isn't wearing black SCP-5681 will attack.

Description: SCP-5681 (The Screaming lady) kills her prey by ripping open her mouth (spraying blood in the process) and shrieks at the top of her lungs until her preys ear-drums explode. After the ear-drums explode, blood pours out of their ears until they die of blood loss. After the prey dies she feasts on the corpse until nothing but the skeleton is left behind. When SCP-5681 has finished she will pull out a needle and thread and sew her mouth shut.

Appearance: SCP-5681 wears an old black and grey dress with black "Ballerina flats" shoes.
