Special Containment Procedures: Due to the power of SCP-5862, it's completely impossible to contain him. He is, fortunatley, completely safe. If SCP-5862 is in a state where he's pitch black and seems to be insane, escape the area immediately, and stay away, until SCP-5862 seems to be back in his normal state.

Description: SCP-5862 is, of right now, a 13-year-old male. SCP-5862 has the power to summon anything from his imagination. The origin of SCP is simple, parents. Unfortunatley his parents' and siblings' location are still unknown. When heard or saw something that would anger him, SCP-5862 will be in a state similar to SCP-096, except no mumbling. SCP-5862 will then have his body surrounded by black, huge eyes, and a big tooth-showing smile. SCP-5862 will then, as said by Dr. Bright, "…let all hell break loose.".
