Special Containment Procedures: Any radio messages or Twitter messages sent by SCP-5720-1 must be blocked at all times, due to the radio messages' frequencies psychological effect on humans. SCP-5720-1's digital location may vary over time and can cause a memetic effect but personnel must remember that SCP-5720-1's real location is always in Salt Lake City, Utah. This remembrance of the sub-anomaly's location can disrupt the memetic effect temporarily for 10 minutes or less.
