Special contaiment prodecure: SCP 5743 has to be contained in a small room with a glass box surrounding it is also covered with a alluminium foel to protect the Staff if it is getting touched.
Description: Scp 5743 is a gold bar seemingly created from the Year 19 .it is very rusty which isn't possible for gold and weights approximately 1000 Pounds. It also has scratch marks and is covered by what seem to be burn marks which has been researched and appears to be from multiple victims who accidentally touched it.
Its anomoulous effect generate once it touches a Human. The Person who touched it feels a strong sense of pain on their hands and have a small burn mark on their Hands. After 2 hours subjects beginn to develop abnormal growth from their body. These then completely develop in about 10 hours. Subjects feel strong pain and feel uncomfortable. After one day the subjects grows arms from theire skin these are fully functional and an autopsy report confirms that have bones and blood vessels. These hand grow all over the place and can even grow inside the subject. After 48 hours the subject will be covered in hands and seemingly stop to grow. Amputation of the desired limbs proves false as they grow back immetiadely. The amount of limbs grown seem to be about 100 per person.
Further Testing revealed that whatever limb touches the gold bar will be multiplied. D-1424 has grown several head from its torso and all are alive but not under his control. D-1264 has grown several groins over his body and even on the subjects face.

D-5439 has touched the scp with his hand
After about 2 hours he complained about pain and about abnormal growth over his body. After 48 hours the subject was covered in hands all over the place except for his head which was free. The Subject had an estimated 40 extra hands. All Limbs are controllable like normal limbs but seem slightly disfigured with fingers missing or having a more fingers. The Subject died 7 Days later autopsy reported that in his stomach small hands covered the entire inside. It has yet to be counted how much hands are there the report thinks that about 1000 additional limbs may have grown inside the stomach.
Recovery
SCP-6000 has been recoverd from the hustion family from california who had severe disfigurment on their body. Personal who where trying to retriev it found the bodys of the family. The Wife had several (Redacted) coming from her mouth. The husband had several feet growing from his (Redacted) the 24 year old daughter had several female (Redacted) coming out of her body they seemed to have died of shock her and autopsy reported that the female (Redacted) also grew in her stomach. The 10 year old boy is still alive to this day however he has grown 20 pairs of head on his torso. Ways to reverse are still unknown.
