SCP-5887 is to be locked inside a 4m x 2.5m x 4m containment cell in Site-25. No personnel below Level 3 Clearance is allowed to test or explore SCP-5887’s Clusters. Incase of an Object-2442 containment breach, SCP-5887’s containment cell is to be locked and doused in sarin gas. Subject must be incinerated after being determined to be deceased to reduce the risk of another containment breach. When other researching is carried out, no personnel can look into SCP-5887.

Description:
SCP-5887 is a framed mirror, 75cm in length and width and approximately 10μm in thickness that holds the ability to potentially allow its user to view and/or access unique areas of the universe, the past, the future or other dimensions.

SCP-5887 was first encountered in 1977 in Richmond, Virginia when a Japanese tourist was found violently mutilated in his hotel room. SCP-5887 was moved across the east coast of the United States several times until the Foundation looked into many disappearances in the area. The Foundation contained SCP-5887 in 1998.

SCP-5887’s anomalous tendency is the ability to access areas of the universe, its past, future and SCP-5887’s unique objects within its reality. (Note: It is entirely impossible to predict what object SCP-5887 displays) SCP-5887 contains over 6,000 discovered objects:
