Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5899 should be kept in a 10x10 meter terrarium with bulletproof glass. It should not be engaged in any way except for testing purposes. This is only to be conducted by D-Class personnel as no researcher is to put their lives on the line to study this entity.
Description: SCP-5899 is a small reptile-like creature. It stands only 1 foot tall and 2 foot in length. The entity has long black sharp talons along with only two long canine teeth, which it uses to drain the bone marrow from its prey.
SCP-5899 was found in Oregan, near a sewer system. The foundation first got word of this when bodies started appearing that had all bone marrow removed. MTF Lambda-12 was sent in to investigate and contain whatever was doing this.
What they found from the files was very disturbing.
Incident 5899-1:
Lambda-12: Dr Mullholland we have located what seems to be the entities lair.
Dr Mullholland: Proceed with caution and bring the entity alive if possible.
Lambda-12: Understood.
Dr Mullholland: What do you see?
Lambda-12: A lot of bodies this thing has been busier than we thought.
Dr Mullholland: Understood, track and contain this thing before it continues.
Lambda-12: That might be difficult.
Dr Mullholland: What do you mean?
Lambda-12: It seems that there is more than one sir.
