Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 are to be placed in a manila folder, kept within a file cabinet in the Site's library under the important document section and labeled appropriately. Access to SCP-XXXX-1 can only be granted by foundation personnel level two or higher. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are permitted to walk freely around the site and is prohibited to go near Euclid or Keter containment areas unless giving permission by foundation personnel level 4 or higher or by the 05-council themselves.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a stack of approximately 150 sheets of ordinary copy paper and has no discernible differences to its non-anomalous counterpart. When a human comes into contact with SCP-XXXX-1, the paper will begin to display a series of questions which the affected human would then have to answer. Upon further studies these questions are completely identical on every instances of SCP-XXXX-1 and said questions will disappear 5 minutes after removing contact with Scp-XXXX-1. These questions refers to the likeness of SCP-XXXX-2. A few of these questions had been documented and has been seen as the following: Name, Age, Gender, Nationality, Personalty, Blood-Type, Likes, Appearance, Dislikes, Birthday, etc. After the subject had completely answered every question, a drop of the subject's blood, no less than 50 mg. is required in order to trigger SCP-XXXX-1's secondary anomalous effect. Approximately 5 minutes after the drop of blood is placed on the paper, SCP-XXXX-2 will manifest.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a humanoid entity whose appearance and behavior matches the details which were specified on SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-2 has been shown to not age, nor have a need to eat or sleep but will choose to do so out of boredom or pleasure. SCP-XXXX-2 instances are highly resilience to damage of any kind, and if happened to received damage will repair itself through unknown means. It is to be noted that instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are extremely loyal, obedient and protective of subject whose blood is on the corresponding SCP-XXXX-1 copy.
