SCP 6006 "crimson Castle"

Object containment procedures. The area around SCP 6006 is to be monitored at all times for trespassers and vandals, if they enter the facility they are to be apprehended and treated with class c amnestics

SCP 6006 is an abandoned military fortress made of an unidentified red metal it is located in the Black forest of Germany thought to be built during World War 2 on a void anomaly 134 ft underground. It was first discovered during the cold war when german photographer Heinz Frieden took photos of the exterior and put them in the local newspaper, the foundation thought nothing of it first, until photos of the interior were released, the photo contained known and unknown SCP´s in giant cages. The foundation responded quickly sending MTF squads to apprehend the photographer and investigate the facility. The MTFs found SCPs that were mutated and or weaponized.the fortress had twenty three containment areas under ground MTF squads Tau-6 the "Hellbringers" and Alpha-5 the "paranaughts" were ordered to investigate the lower levels they found torture devices, dead soldiers and old film reels and dossiers detailing gruesome experiments. Then they found SCP 6006-1 a floating orb of darkness roaming the hallways. PVT Colton of the Tau-6 squad fired at the orb with an AK-47 but it absorbed the blast the orb teleported behind PVT Colton and it disintegrated him, it was at this point that Command ordered the squads to retreat to the surface and wait for reinforcements to arrive The foundation immediately found a use for the compound turning it into one of there many containment facilities.
