Description: SCP-6024 is a 1960s Coca Cola bottle which origin is unknown. Subjects whom have viewed SCP-6024 are referred as SCP-6024-1. SCP-6024-1 subjects reported to have experienced lucid nightmares and severe anxiety and depression. After incident SCP-6024-1-A, all personnel who have viewed SCP-6024 are to be treated. If any SCP-6024-1 subjects request termination, attending medical personnel may ask Dr. ████ or Dr. ███ for authorized termination of SCP-6024-1.

Addendum 6024-A:

Date: 02/8/1998
Incident: #6024-1-A

Dr. ████ was conducting a humanoid test on SCP-6024. Subject was ordered to remove the blanket off the top of SCP-6024 and look at SCP-6024 for ten (10) seconds before putting it back into its containment. No effects of SCP-6024 were reported after twenty (20) minutes after testing. SCP-6024-1 was sent back to their cell and were to be taken to Dr. ████ the following morning. The following morning, SCP-6024-1 reported experiencing nightmares and felt like it was never going to end and he asked Dr. ████ for him to be terminated. SCP-6024-1 was denied his request.

SCP-6024-1 was sent back to their cell and to come back again the next day. Security personnel found SCP-6024-1 dead in their cell, SCP-6024-1 was given an autopsy.

Autopsy results: SCP-6024-1 has one (1) punctured lung, seventeen (17) burst blood vessels in the heart and the brain appeared to have blunt force trauma on the back left side and a fractured skull. No personnel were reported in SCP-6024-1's cell, SCP-6024-1 died due to the fractured skull.

All humanoid testing that includes SCP-6024 is strictly forbidden as of 05/8/1998.
