Due to the events that occurred on 2/7/████, Object Class upgraded to Euclid. —Dr. Jeremy
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5419 is to be contained in a 10 x 10 meter containment cell, sealed, provided with food of choice, water, and any other requests provided by itself. SCP-5419 is willingly contained in it's cell. Found by MTF-Kappa-9, after hearing reports of a "Strange Figure" wandering the streets of ██████, Oregon. Contained willingly, transferred to Site-17.
Description: SCP-5419 is a humanoid figure of unknown origin, composed of [REDACTED], that severely damages the eyesight of any creature that views SCP-5419, inhibiting them blind, instantaneously. This anomalous property manifests, whether it's material is viewed via eyesight, photographs, videos, or any other form. The material seemingly has the ability to turn any material, whether organic, (such as humans, animals, or other SCPs) or inorganic. (such as Bricks, Metal, Granite, etc.) into a white-ashy material, killing or destroying them in less then 3 seconds. No personnel are allowed contact with the being without no less then 3 O5-Council's approval. Tests determine that SCP-5419 is very much capable of speech, Read Addendum-6025-A. SCP-5419 seems to be extremely friendly and calm, proven by stress-tests conducted by several researchers. SCP-5419, when put under extreme pressure, leads to dastardly results. Read Addendum 6025-B.
Addendum 6025-A.
On 2/7/████, another stress-test was put into effect on SCP-5419, as usual, when the anomaly started to act different. His containment cell turned into the material "coating" SCP-5419, blinding Dr. Jackson, and D-8307. A "boiling-kettle" sound was reported by Dr. Jackson, after being blinded by the material, nicknamed "Code-Mango" by the O5-Council. 5419 exploded, destroying it's containment, breaching SCP-███, and killing Dr. Jackson, D-8307, and neutralizing SCP-████, all in the span of less then 3 seconds. SCP-5419 was found██ in Site-28, "crying" the white ash produced when material was exposed to "Code-Mango". 5419 was consoled, and transferred back to Site-17, with a stronger material coating the walls of his confinement. Expenses for the loss of Dr.██████ was paid for in less then week's time. Object Class upgraded to Euclid.
Addendum 6025-B
On 3/7/████, (after Addendum 6025-A) a interview conducted by Dr. Johnson was approved by O5-Council.

Dr. John: What the [REDACTED] happened back there? All I know is tha-
SCP-5419 cuts off Dr. John.
SCP-5419: That was an unpreventable accident! I can't control it. If I am put under stress then bad things happen.
Dr. John proceeds to start yelling at 5419.
Dr. John: "Bad Things" happen? That event cost us the life of a very good man because whatever the [DATA EXPUNGED] you pulled blew him up! That's not just bad, that's much much WORSE then bad.
SCP-5419 was getting noticeably scared, and a boiling-kettle noise was reported by Dr. John.
Dr. John: Cut this. I am not going to be the reason this thing blows up and kills any more men. Cut this, damn it!

This thing is unpredictable. But it could be useful. It can vaporize shit, right? What if we put it near things like 106 or 682? It could maybe kill them, and save this world from whatever god-forsaken plan they have to kill us all with. -Dr. ███, O5 approval denied.
