Special Containment Procedures:scp-5046 is kept in a 10x10x10 airtight container in heavy containment. In transport, scp-546 is kept in level III human restrainment procedure and is always with 5 armed guards. In the event of a containment breach, all foundation staff is to exit the site immediately and are to meet scp-5046 with elevated force.
Description: scp-5046 has no fixed form as it is a shapeshifter. Its current form is a 6 foot tall male with black hair, blue jeans, and a green shirt.
Addendum:scp-5046 can read minds, see the future, can make any object out of nothing, can alter any objects biological structure, and change any object into any other. It can duplicate any form of matter or erase any form of matter from existence.

[DR.Hamm: Hello my name is DR.Raymond Ham and today I will be asking you a series of questions.
scp-5046: Okay that sounds pretty reasonable.
DR.Hamm: What are you?
Scp-5046: Why do you care?
DR.Hamm: I don't. The scientists do.
Scp-5046: So why don't they ask? And why does it matter?

Scp-5046: That's what I thought. To be honest I don't know why I'm here.
DR.Hamm: You are here because of what you did in that town.
Scp-5046: What I did in that town. no no no it's what you did when you sent in 50 armed men.
DR.Hamm: It was necessary.
Scp-5046: I would have gone with you if you had asked.
DR.Hamm: You're avoiding the point of this.
<Scp-5046 Shifts forms into Dr. Hamm>
scp-5046: You're avoiding the point of this.
DR.Hamm: Don't mock me! And please don't do that it's creepy.
<Scp-5046 Shifts back to his previous form>
Scp-5046: Look, you need to give me a break! Do you know how much it sucks to live in a 10x by 10x box?

DR.Hamm: I am sure it was, but this is on you. That one person saw you walk or faze, or whatever it is through that wall. He notified the police. Word got to us and then it went downhill from there. Now you're here.
Scp-5046: I do not get what the big deal is with me doing that.
Dr.Hamm: If people knew that you were real, society would crash!
Scp-5046: Ok then. You do know that you can do nothing to keep me here. I can just Faze out of this place. Even scp-096 who doesn't care about anything hates this place.
DR.Hamm: You can talk to scp-096?I thought it just moped around quietly not talking to anyone.
scp-5046: No, not really. Do you know when you hear that voice in your head telling you that this is either a good idea or a bad idea?
DR.Hamm: Yes, why?
scp-5046: It's like that but there is two voice; one is yours and one is the other person you're talking to.Like me and scp-096.
DR.Hamm: Oh that's…very interesting.
Scp-5046: I know, right. He has a great personality.
DR.Hamm: Do you know why he chases people when anybody looks at his face?
scp-5046: Yep I do. He says it's like a pain in the back of his head that gets more powerful every second it goes on until the person who looked at him is dead.
Dr.Hamm: Anyways, then why don't you just leave right now?
scp-5046: Because I know that you think I can be used as a weapon.
dr.Hamm: You have no proof of that!
scp-5046: Oh, but I do. I took a peek at some files and guess what I found?
DR.Hamm: What!
scp-5046: Some papers that suggest I could be used as a weapon or a Potential Threat in capturing or contain other scp,s.
DR.Hamm: This is going nowhere. End the interview.
