SCP 6002: The living apocalypse

SCP 6002
OC: keter Apollyon/keter

Containment procedures:
Level 5/6002 clearance is required to schedule SCP 6002 for testing, research, ect…
SCP 6002 is to be contained in a 40x40x40 ft lead, concrete, and steel container. The inside of the container is lined with 20 to 40 liquid nitrogen sprayers about the size of a fire extinguisher. Once SCP 6002 escapes, MTF epsilon-9 will then chase after SCP 6002 with ten to twenty drums full of liquid nitrogen/hydrogen. Once MTF epsilon-9 helicopters are directly over SCP 6002, they will drop each drum one at a time. SCP 6002 will the be classified as immobilized and will then be put back into containment.

SCP 6002 breaks containment every ███ days.

Description:
SCP 6002 is currently the second oldest creature (or entity) on Earth (because of SCP 169). SCP 6002 is a T-rex around 15 feet tall and 30 feet long. On the outside, it looks like a T-rex you might see in the movie Jurassic park. SCP 6002 is female and has an orange glow coming from its eyes, nostrils, and mouth. If you pierce SCP 6002's thick hide, there is an on going flame that stretches through out its whole body. SCP 6002 does not feel the flame nor is it affected. SCP 6002's skeleton is made of an unknown carbon substance, and it is almost indestructible. The skeleton of SCP 6002 used to be cut using diamond drills, but it can no longer be cut, because of the surrounding heat because of it's regenerative capabilities and heat(1500C=2732F) with the pressure/density of the flame surrounding the skeleton. Because of this, it can use its fire and skeleton to break down materials to make the skeleton stronger. If inflicted a hard enough impact, SCP 6002 will make its skeleton denser will regenerate its skeleton, making it denser, in a matter of ten minutes. New recorded temperature: 2000C (3632F).

SCP 6002 lacks all major organs except for the brain. SCP 6002 has been seen to exhale all components to build an atmosphere (oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, etc…) but does not seem to inhale. The way it does this is unknown. SCP 6002 can ingest organic or inorganic matter to heal itself (the healing factor is a lot like SCP 682's healing factor).

SCP 6002 is capable of causing mass extinction level events via intense sequences of rage or the temperature around SCP 6002 (climate or just the surrounding area). It is rumored to have caused the Permian extinction event, and studies how it may have done it:
#1 overheating
#2 climate change
#3 overheating further
#4 mass volcano eruptions
#5 Sun block
It may have over heated once more on April 10th, 1815, but (may have) expelled its heat in the Tambora volcano. SCP 6002 later did the same thing on June 6th, 1912, Novarupta volcano in Alaska, and again on May 18th, 1980, in Mount st. Helens Washington. Once SCP 6002 was discovered by the foundation, it was emitting powerful gamma rays from an unknown origin.

Date 4/23/1972, my platoon was just sent to Vietnam, my name is Colonel Jacobs and I'm about to tell you what happened to me, my platoon, and ten villages. My platoon (Private ███, Sargent ██████, Corporal █████, and Private ████) and I are half way to Vietnam, but strangely we were instructed to bring more C4 and dynamite than normal. "Why, why do we have to", I said.
"Just do it, their's more than Vietcong over there", replied a voice over the radio.
"What the hell could be over there, we brought more ammunition and bombs than we can carry" screamed Private ███.
"yeah, I bet its a dragon", replied Sargent ██████.
"Two bucks good for your bet Sargent", said private ███.
"Just shut up the both of you", I screamed, "we don't know whats out there, so just chill out".
Date 4/24/1972, time 22:00, we just arrived on the coast of Vietnam (also on a side note I decided to write down that conversation, because I found it funny), when we arrived the jungle looked like a blanket of ash and smoke. Private ███ said "someone got here before we did".
Some of the jungle was still well… there, I soon got really confused not because of the jungle but because of the time. I looked at the horizon and saw well… what I thought was the sun, than it just vanished. After it vanished I questioned what it was, after the Sargent said "hey ███ I'll bet ten on the dragon bet".
I was about to say something about this bet, but something held me back. Gun shots fired off in the distance about one or two miles away, than the cloud of smoke got bigger. We were later instructed to go check it out over the radio "are you fucking insane", I screamed into the radio.
"Just do it", the voice screamed back.
"What the fuck are we doing again", screamed Private ███. I replied with "well I'll tell you what you are about to do, you are goin-", a blinding light from behind me (see addendum 6002-A-2 for the rest of the story)

interrupted my sentence. The cloud of smoke was now covering the whole sky, no stars, no moon, and no more day I thought. Date 4/25/1972, time 6:00, just as I thought no sky, I didn't write this down but I told my platoon to rest before hell. Private ███ yelled this after he woke "where in the FUCK is the sky".
"Lets go, including you ███", I said avoiding his question.
Time 08:00, the origin of the smoke is further than I thought, we've been walking towards it for hours and hours with no hope and fear in our eyes. Time 12:00, we finally reached the origin of the smoke, it looks like a meteor hit in the middle of the jungle. There is bodys all over the place, some are torn in half or something is just missing. "What the hell happened here", said █████ in shock.
I finally said this "I'll bet twenty on your dragon bet".
████ replied with this "hell I'll bet a hundred".
A load grumble later rumbled through out the jungle "GET DOWN", I yelled.
It looked to be about twenty feet tall, and the whole head…. was on fire. "So can I get my hundred in cash", replied ███ in shock.
That thing roared one more time before I noticed the flame was getting smaller. "That thing is healing faster than any animal that I know of", I said quietly.
Private ███ replied with "that's the only weird thing you notice, that thing is on fucking fire".
An explosion was heard in the distance, than that thing turned around and ran that way. Time 10:00, all the camp sites my platoon and I were supposed to attack, was already on fire… that thing got them before we did. It just hit me, that thing was like a T-rex but more slouched over instead of being upright. Time 11:30, I'm going to try something risky. I have a plan to freeze it, I instructed my platoon to go back to the crater (see addendum 6002-A-3 for the rest of the story)

and place three hundred pounds of C4 (we brought six so I thought it would be enough). I followed with some of the bodys we found, because I want to use the bodys as bait. Time 12:10, I've been shooting my rifle in the air for thirty minutes in doing so I burned around fifty rounds, but no sign of it anywhere. I requested back up for this creature, four choppers came to my location with three drums of gasoline and ten thousand rounds for the rifles and machine guns we brought. Date 4/26/1972, time 03:00, extermination day, this thing is too destructive and deadly to live. I still used the bodys, but instead of luring that thing I put the bodys in the crater and left it to the choppers to lure it. Time 03:30, it arrived but the weird thing is it wasn't on fire. Time 04:50, Private ███ and Sargent ██████ died with three out of the four choppers I called in. The plan didn't work it actually back fired. It set the whole field ablaze and it used its fire in a focused beam like… well fire breath, too bad ███ didn't get his hundred bucks. We've dropped bombs on it, shot thousands of rounds on it, and even blasted it into the ground and yet it still gets the better of us. Where in the fuck did that thing come from? That thing reminds me of Godzilla, but obviously smaller and not blue. Date 4/30/1972, time 07:00, we were ambushed about three days ago, luckily we won the fight but Corporal █████ got injured. We still have one chopper and because we still have it, we can track it. Date 5/5/1972, time 13:00, we've been tracking that thing for five or six days (I lost count), so I learned that it is circling an area of about five miles. Instead of trapping it, I will attempt to trap it. We ordered drums full of coolants for back up supplys (see addendum 6002-A-4 for the rest of the story)

and this is what the conversation led to: "why do you need the Colonel"?
"Because there is something else here, we need to freeze it", I replied.
He replied with "what's over there, I need a clear definition"?
"Do you know what a T-rex is"?
"yes".
"Well it looks like that but…… slouched over….. look we just need it, I don't expect you to believe me but we just need it", I replied. A loud roar boomed from the jungle.
Date 5/8/1973, time 10:00, we got the coolant that I requested, and we got that thing in a spot that I want. The rest of my platoon and I are following the rex with the coolant ready to drop each drum on it. THE PLAN WORKED, the rex isn't moving I think its frozen. Wait, that thing is glowing, the rex is glowing. That thing is moving…. it took out one of one of the helicopters. I heard of karma but I didn't know it could kick me in the face that badly. We still have five thousand rounds to shoot it with…… out of rounds, fuck, I only scratched it a little. My chopper got blasted out of the sky, the last one in the fleet. Date 5/20/1973, time 12:00, I got evacuated out of Nam, the rest of my platoon died in my last attempt to kill it. But before I left two agent looking guys asked "what happened" but not exactly like that, I told them everything.
