Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6125 is to be contained in a 7 x 7 concrete and black box with no camera feeds or video equipment. Whenever SCP-6125 is active, all personnel should follow Protocol Alpha. Level 4 or higher personnel are permitted to conduct an interview with the subject.
Interviews with SCP-6125 are now strictly forbidden.

Description: SCP-6125 is a grey humanoid subject that weighs approximately 192 pounds and is 5'9. The subject can speak often but in a rather hatful tone and will cease responding when asked personal questions. Whenever it activates, either through a direct eye contact of a personnel or at a random time, it will begin to mutate and grow unidentified worm shapes and escape its containment seeking for a human being. Once it kills a human being, it will emerge into the floor and emerge back into it's containment. After this, personnel are instructed to rebuild the broken parts of the containment cell without looking at the subject. The cell is to be checked monthly for cracks, hole and status of the containment cell.

Note: After recent events regarding this SCP, all interviews or tests are to be cancelled by the 05 council. Any personnel attempting to form an interview with the SCP will be either terminated or demoted. - Dr. James Park
