SCP-6391 is contained within an specially designed 5 by 3 by 4m Secure Humanoid Containment Cell in research sector-69 at site-38. SCP-6391 does not and cannot be restricted as 6391 will destroy any of its restraints and must not be guarded with modern firearms. During transport, SCP-6391 must be transported with Dr Blit due to his abnormal behaviour between 6391 and Dr Blit. His diet consists of raw meat of any kind which is given to him twice a day, once at 10am and a second time at 10pm.

SCP-6391 is quite docile in containment, not posing much of a threat to the foundation or it’s secrecy. SCP-6391 is uncooperative with foundation staff, not listening to them or their demands, but, for some strange and still unknown reason, SCP-6391 will listen to Dr Blit answering the Doctor’s questions and letting Dr Blit even perform experience with the SCP. This has caused the 05 council to act and promote Dr Blit to head researcher of SCP-6391 to find out more about the anomaly.

Dr Blit has gotten approval from superiors in the foundation to leave SCP-6391’s containment cell left unguarded and resources directed away from SCP-6391. As Dr Blit has stated in his request to drop the guards of 6391, that guard personnel should be saved for SCP that pose a greater risk to the foundation and how it’s a waste of resources for the foundation. The reason being is that SCP-6391 does not try to leave it’s containment chamber and does not try to either seen from the experience that SCP-6391 has done with Dr Blit. This order was also given as whenever SCP-6391 sees any sort of armed personnel, it will disarm said personnel and destroy the weapon.

Whilst SCP-6391 is docile, it can still be enraged and cause severe damage to the site. SCP-6391 outrage state only occurs when someone tries to take SCP-6391-1, an destructible axe that SCP-6391 carries at all times, away from SCP-6391. If someone tries to take SCP-6391-1 away, SCP-6391 will pick up SCP-6391-1 and terminate the target, now known as SCP-6391-2, by decapitating SCP-6391-2. If SCP-6391-2 tries to run, SCP-6391 will breach containment and chase SCP-6391-2. Once caught, SCP-6391 will terminate as stated before. Even just touching SCP-6391-1 can make SCP-6391 start to act aggressive towards SCP-6391-2. Once he has terminated SCP-6391-2, SCP-6391 will go back to containment, not letting any personnel enter his chamber for around 48 hours and will process to clean SCP-6391-1.

SCP-6391 has displayed a strong sense of justice, which has caused the head researcher, Dr Blit, to have barred all D Class Personnel from entering SCP-6391 containment chamber or being in a radius of 5m of SCP-6391. Dr Blit has also ordered that anyone entering SCP-6391 containment must have an extensive background check. This is because SCP-6391 becomes agitated when someone with a criminal history has entered his presence and after approximately 30 minutes of the personnel being in SCP-6391 presence, SCP-6391 will terminate the personnel by decapitation. This has caused 20 Foundation personnel to be terminated by SCP-6391. SCP-6391 will also terminate personnel who perform any of the seven deadly in his presence. When in SCP-6391 presence, subjects will always tell the truth to SCP-6391 for some unknown reason.

Description: SCP-6391 is a humanoid-like creature that's 7ft tall or 2.13m with a muscular build. He resembles the look of a medieval execution wearing tattered black cloth covering his entire body from head to toe. There are two circular cutouts in the cloth where his eyes would be located, but when looking through the holes all that is seen is an endless black void. Underneath the cloth is unknown with SCP-6391 refusing to take it off clothing even after Dr Blit’s request. SCP-6391 speaks an unknown language, but has a strong comprehension of english being able to understand Foundation stuff without a problem. When trying to find what language SCP-6391 speaks, the foundation has found its a type Germanic language, being very close to german and english but still being incomprehensible to both while having a few similarities.

At all times, SCP-6391 will always have SCP-6391-1 around him. SPC-6391-1 is a standard, two handed executioner axe. From observations of SPC-6391-1, the handle of the axe is made of a type of wood, but it is still unknown what type of wood it is exactly. The blade of SCP-6391-1 is made of an unknown steel-like substance but it’s unclear what it is because of the lack of tests on SCP-6391-1. SCP-6391-1 is an indestructible axe being able to break anything without any signs of damage but when faced with humans, SCP-6391 chooses to only decapitate SCP-6391-2 not harming another part of the body. SCP-6391-1 is also incredibly heavy with targets who try lifting SCP-6391-1 feeling tearing in their arms and if holding for too long, can rip off SCP-6391-2 arms. SCP-6391-1 also has unknown marks located on it and when asked to know what the marking means to SCP-6391, he will start speaking in his unknown language.

Addendum 6391:1: Discovery
SCP-6391 was located when the SCP foundation started to get reports from multiple English Prisons about a large mysterious black figure entering their facilities and terminating all prison inmates by decapitation. The SCP foundation sent Mobile Task Force, Epsilon-9, to investigate the breaks in and what was behind them. When the task force reached the facility, they found signs of forced entry with the gate of the prison being torn open. The Task force entered the prison and found the inmates cell blocks. Every door was forced open with the bars being bent and inside the inmate were found dead, terminated by decapitation. The team moved forwards, seeing that the same fate was also in store for the other inmates. Decapitated bodies and blood littered the ground as the team moved forward. The MTF squad finally found the location of SCP-6391 eating raw meat which was first thought to be human flesh with SCP-6391-1 lying next to him, completely clean without a trace of blood. The Task Force opened fire on 6391 which prompted SCP-6391 to run towards the team and snatch all their guns, bending their barrels and rendering them useless. The team just watched, terrified about their fate that was to come but SCP-6391 just sat back down and resumed eating like nothing had happened. After watching SCP-6391 slowly bite down on the pieces meat, the MTF commander signalled the team to move towards SCP-6391 and contain it. This got an immediate response from SCP-6391, who scoffed down the rest of his bloody raw meat and moved towards the commander. He spoke to the commander in heavy and thick accents with a deep voice. The words coming out of SCP-6391's mouth were incomprehensible to the MTF commander but he processed to listen to not disturb the unknown anomaly. SCP-6391 saw the commander’s lack of understanding and started to walk in the direction of the exit of the prison. The MTF squad followed behind to keep an eye on the creature and watched for signs of aggression. SCP-6391 left the building with the MTF following close behind. It walked into the foundation’s containment unit allocated for its transport and entered foundation custody.
