Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6677 cannot be transported and is kept at Area-6677. An iron reinforced chain mail fence has been set up around the perimeter of SCP-6677. Any civilians spotted attempting to enter the perimeter of SCP-6677 must be evacuated immediately via SD Unit. There are three zones of SCP-6677, the Green Zone, the Yellow Zone, and the Red Zone. The Green Zone is safe to all personnel, containing minimal fog, and mas surveillance by Mobile Task Force unit Alpha-0 designated Blazing Phoenix. The Yellow Zone is not as safe as the Green Zone and has minimal surveillance. The Red Zone is only permitted to those with O5-Clearance, due to it being an extremely dangerous zone in SCP-6677. The Red Zone is the core of SCP-6677 and is declared dangerous due to the rare behavior of SCP-6677-1.

Description: SCP-6677 is a large town known as █████████, Colorado. The Red Zone stated in the Special Containment Procedures, is a neighbor hood. It consists of ██ houses, █ golf courses, and ██ private hiking trails. The neighborhood is surrounded by a large, dense fog containing ██2 and █. SCP-6677-1 is a humanoid figure consisting of a dark matter like substance. So far, it is unsure if SCP-6677-1 speaks any form of language. SCP-6677-1 is known to be silent and sentient, it does become violent if radio transmission is active. Those who become a prey of SCP-6677-1 are then known as SCP-6677-1A. When SCP-6677-1 attacks SCP-6677-1A, SCP-6677-1A will be immediately still as their body temperature goes down be one degree every two seconds. It is advised to not attempt to contact SCP-6677-1A due to Incident 6677-02. Inside the neighborhood, you'll see traces of torn, bloody, children's Halloween costumes. SCP-6677-1B are survivors of Incident 6677-01. They appear to be humans but who have not eaten in days. They are extremely silent and non hostile. SCP-6677-1B are the ones who write around the neighborhood messages such as "Shhh" "No noise!" "They watch" "I miss her" and many others. The Containment Procedures for SCP-6677-1B are to evacuate them into the Yellow Zone, contact communications, and send them to Area-12 for health treatment and Class-B Amnestics.
