Addendum 6721-B: On ██/██/████, A breach of SCP-096 and SCP-106 occurred. After 1 hour of surviving, NTF finally contained SCP-096. While trying to contain SCP-106, A NTF was strangling Dr. ███████ with a rope, After that, the unknown NTF got shot in the head and then transformed to his original form.
