So yeah, this is SCP 682 explained, as much as I can. I hope you like it!
So SCP 682 is:
- Highly Agile.
- Very strong.
- Great Reflexes.
- Staggering Regeneration.
- Extreme Durability.
So I want to discuss what gives SCP 682 these properties. In my own way, the best I can.
THIS IS NON-CANON AND ISN'T OFFICIAL.
SCP 682 (I will refer to like 682 now) is built of not one, but many organisms, possibly trillions. These organisms are similar to an Amoeba, a Unicellular Organism (I will refer to them as 682-1). The size of the 682-1 would be a few micrometres.
682-1 would have a sort of hive mind and work with many trillions of 682-1 to build 682. How does this explain anything?
An Amoeba is Asexual (No Gender). And simply split into two individual Amoebas. So 682-1 would simply follow this reproduction cycle. Amoebas reproduce every 30 minutes to 1 hour. So according to this, SCP-682 can double it's size every 45 Minutes on average.
682 can apparently move and talk with 82% of its body destroyed. This is because that remaining 18% are many organisms, and doesn't actually need the 82% lost, it only benefits them. 682 losing blood is not like us loosing blood. 682 losing blood is like shredding skin, it is loosing 682-1.
It also explains why 682 doesn't age. As it's 682-1 die. It shreds them off and replaces them quickly.
682 is stated to gain energy from literally anything it digests, this has little to no relation to 682-1. It's stomach (which is made of 682-1), can simply break down solid iron and use any sort of energy in a large boulder to benefit 682.
This would make it slightly easier to terminate 682, as we learn how it's body works. In order to terminate 682, every 682-1 must be destroyed entirely.
682-1 rebuild 682 from the current largest collection of 682-1, this is to conserve energy. In fact, 682-1 try and conserve as much energy as they individually can. This grants 682 the energy to be Agile, Flexible and Strong.
