**Special Containment Procedures:If SCP-6890 is to breach containment Mobile Task Force Beta-7 is to be deployed into the facility due to 6890 having unknown levels of gamma rays although, in multiple Class-D tests the rays have proved to be harmless if you are wearing a thick piece of metal. There is no other information at this time due to SCP-6890 not breaking containment during its two year containment time period.
Description: There is no specific description for this anomalous entity due to it changing forms every week or few days. It's most common form looks a bit like SCP-682 it's second most common form is a humanoid god-like-being having horns on its head and a tail that has a spear-like shape at the end of it. After more testing with said entity there will be more details on the description on 6890.
