Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6969 is to be "contained" inside Site-19 Site-██. If a breach of SCP-6969 happens, It's retrieval is top priority. Under no circumstances should SCP-6969 be lured outside Site-██. If any attempt to lure SCP-6969 happens, The individual luring SCP-6969 outside will immedieatly be terminated.
Description: SCP-6969 appears to be a white humanoid male of caucasian decent in his twenties, 164cm tall and 67kg with brown hair and brown eyes and has been reported to be mentally retarded and cease cognital abilities on various parts of it's brain. SCP-6969 has capabilities to alter reality the way It pleases, for entertainment. It has claimed Site-██ as its "Funhouse" as it roams around passing through walls, Interfering with experiments, containment efforts,"playing" with anomalies and making its own "experiments". SCP-6969 has caused multiple containment breaches in Site-19 before being moved to Site-██. There is no known way to stop SCP-6969.
Addendum 6969-1: Incident Log 6969-03
On ██/03/2020, SCP-6969 caused a large containment breach in Site-19 with 7 SCPs breaching containment as a result. SCP-6969 is to be moved to Site-██.
