Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-7071 Is to be kept within a suspended room which is decorated with white wallpaper and supplied with toddlers toys, the room is to include the following:
Toys (Request Additional-7071)
A bed with two pillows
A toilet or a children's training toilet (Request Additional-7071)
A table and two chairs. There are to be no less than 4 guards, 2 of the guards posted just outside the cell are not to be armed at all. The other 2 are to be armed to prevent SCP-7071-2 Escaping.
Description:
SCP-7071 Is a child (Currently with lengthy brown hair, male, blue eyes, whom has been tested for Asperger's, Result: Positive) who has inherited an anomaly, normally through a porcelain mask which covers the right side of the face, and secretes a similar liquid to SCP-035, however the liquid is only secreted when the host is stressed or frustrated. The host of SCP-7071 does not degrade from the liquid, instead the entity who inhabits the mask appears to secrete the liquid as a defense mechanism.
The SCP-7071 host normally has a, what parents would refer to as an, over-active imagination. However the child can cause those within the cell to enter a dream state, the host enters as well. The dream state seems to alter life as well, the victims of SCP-7071 tend to be injured or die within the dream state. Injuries acquired within the dream appear instantly in life. Due to the dream state being extremely volatile, the Foundation currently has no idea of how to stop the dream state. However the dreams have been known to create entities some human, some not, who are hostile to Foundation Staff who have no interaction with the host or staff who have had negative interactions with the host.
