Scp-7843 Is to be contained within a cell with large 20000 watt bulbs as well as restraints holding ot by its arms and legs Filled with liquid nitrogen so it cant move and cant use the black liquid there has to be No human personnel guarding him so they wont fall victim to its manipulation Automatic turrets are to be aimed at it.
Scp-7843 is in an an old M17 gas mask and Vietnam Special forces uniform Coated in a mysterious viscus black sludge over its Gloves and boots held together by thick chains so it wont break out. Each breakout attempt is during A high energy power outage caused if the lights aren't regulated The liquid will grow out of its restraints and Break it out.As soon as it escapes it summons fallen Vietnam soldiers out of the black liquid Almost as if it were a security force to protect it from the human personell that may try to capture it .

Test#1 The black liquid seems to only come out of Spc-7843 it seems to Burn from high voltage bulbs
Test#2 Spc-7843 seems to be able to manipulate an human near it. it had somehow manipulated a human guard into letting it oit of its restraints.It then proceeded to stab the gaurd using the Black liquid after it was re-captured thr body of the guard was gone but s puddle of black liquid was there in its place
Test#3 attempts to take off Spc-7843 Mask has ended in… Casualties it seems you cant take of its mask without immediate death there is no way to tell what kills them but anytime after theres a report of a overwhelming smell of decay whenever the mask was lifted so a theory is that its a rotten hunanoid corpse underneath
Report#1 its manipulation is based off of someone's personal connection to death it promises not to kill the person closest based on how much loss a person had had if someone has had none they simply promise not to but if someone who has experienced a bunch of loss is near it will promise to bring the people they loss back to life. we witnessed this first hand as a soldier was bringing it to its containment cell another soldier had heard it speak to the other soldier promising to bring back his wife and daughter the soldier then let go of it and it killed him. it reunited him with his family.Many around the facility have decided to nickname him "the reaper" as it seems to be death itself
