Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-8100's ability to teleport from person to person, SCP-8100 is self-contained around the world. SCP-8100 sighting are from people randomly around the world, 25-50 year olds.
Description: SCP-8100 is a man approxametly 2,0 meters tall with a black coat, black bussiness pants and a black tophat with bloodshed eyes and pale skin with a bit of rust on his coat and his tophat and his black pants. SCP-8100 has been seen around large cities and mostly in alleyways, luring people to go inside the alley, after that, they are nowhere to be found, no trace of the victim. Mostly suggested opinions by the scientists are that SCP-8100 is teleportable with the victims and "Drag them to hell", called as the scientists say it weirdly enough. SCP-8100 has the power to stab a victim trough the chest and kill them instantly, as well as rip their head off without any energy by the victims.

Incident 61
One late Thursday afternoon, a girl about their 20's was walking down the street when she saw someone getting dragged in the alley, the girl got frightened and rushed into the alley to see what's happening, but when she went there. She was there for 6 hours, the citizens looked in the alley and they saw no trace of the girl, no trace of any victim. The citizens called the police to investigate the situation but the police couldn't do nothing due to the dissapearance of the both victims.
Incident 24
There was an morning at Texas. A young man in his 20's was walking down the street and there was no citizens on the streets. He felt uncomfortable but didn't give it much tough since some people were walking around, then he saw someone on a rooftop, he looked frightened as he saw blood splattered everywhere, and that's the last thing he saw…
Due to SCP-8100's incidents, SCP-8100 was immiedatly restricted to be approached by any staff or any security instead of Mobile Task Forces.
