SCP-8375 is to be contained in a 10 by 10 inch glass case. SCP-8375 is to be cleaned by any personnel with clearance below level 2 to prevent damage.
Description: SCP-8375 is a hardback, white book that causes anyone within a 5 foot radius to think they have forgotten something. This can vary from keys, personal items, things that don’t exist, and many more. It is unknown how SCP-8375 knows about these objects.
Addendum-1: Testing on [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED] shows that, long periods of contact within a 5 foot radius of SCP-8375 may cause the subject to be confused, or the subject may forget where they are.
Addendum-2: The origins of SCP-8375 are unknown, many people don’t know how it is in the facility.
Addendum-3: When testing subject D-9368 was asked what she had lost, she started to speak in a tongue that was not recognizable and started pacing within the 5 foot radius of SCP-8375.
