Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-3984 is to be contained in a steel room with no holes smaller than 500 micrometers large as it can slip through any hole 500 micrometers or larger. All walls must be made of steel which is at least two meters thick.

In event of a breach a box with a openable lid must be placed in SCP-3984's cell seeing as it has a large curiosity and will enter it’s cell and see what is inside the box.

Description:
SCP-3984's nickname is "The Skin Monster". SCP-3984 is a humanoid SCP which consists of only bone and flesh. It can regenerate and add flesh and bones at will. It has reported to kill subjects by completely enclosing them in flesh, generating teeth inside of that enclosure and slowly making the enclosure smaller until the victim is dead.

SCP-3984 Can shrink down to 500 micrometers and can grow to 11ft 8in. Origin of SCP-3984 is unknown.
