Though it could of been worse.

However, if you put a bag on his head he will sit down and
stop screaming. It takes a lot to get a bag over 096´s head.
But some people managed to do it. And it worked. It´s still impossible to contain him when he is angry.
Just put a bag over his head or let him kill SCP-96-1.

His touch is what makes him keter. Anyways, he was supposed to be keter in the first place.
I mean, he is one of the most dangerous SCPS. His touch kills anything. All their organs seem to shut down.
The SCP foundation doesn´t know why.
